Ben Alldis joined Peloton in 2018 as the company’s first UK-based male instructor, after a career pivot away from private equity in London. A former track sprinter turned distance runner, he decided to leave finance for fitness following a year that included his own skin cancer diagnosis and the loss of a family member, and now teaches Cycling and Strength classes built around high-energy DJ-style programming, a nod to his background spinning music outside the studio. He is a NASM-certified personal trainer, the author of the book Raise The Bar, and is married to fellow Peloton instructor Leanne Hainsby-Alldis.

2026 opened with a family milestone: Alldis took paternity leave and returned to the live teaching schedule in early March. That same month, he relaunched benalldis.com with a redesigned site covering his fitness training, corporate wellness work, speaking engagements, and his book. Spring and summer brought a run of live events and festival appearances, including the Peloton Studios London Run Club in May, Peloton’s presence at the Big Retreat Festival in Wales that same month, a Father’s Day class lineup built around instructors who are also new dads in June, and the Peloton Wilderness Festival at Cornbury Park in July. In September, he taught the debut Strength class of Peloton’s new Club Peloton Live Class series.
