May 6, 2024 - New Peloton Strength Series: The Stronger You with Ben Alldis

Ben Alldis announced that he would bring a 6-part series of 20-minute workouts titled “The Stronger You” to the live class lineup.  Design to push your limits and squeeze the most out of those precious minutes on your mat, each class will feature upper body, lower body, core strength, and a dash of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio to cap it off.  Read the full story here.
