Peloton London Run Club Returns for Mental Health Month: Ben Alldis leads a free run and walk event on May 27, with a meditation session, pace groups for all levels, and a post-run treat from PerfectTed.

The Peloton Studios London Run Club is back, and this edition ties directly to Mental Health Awareness Month. On Wednesday, May 27, instructor Ben Alldis leads a free outdoor run and walk starting and finishing at Peloton Studios London in Covent Garden. Runners and walkers are asked to come dressed in green in recognition of the month.

What to Expect at the Peloton Studios London Run Club

Ben Alldis kicks off the event with a 5-minute meditation session before the group heads out into the streets of London. The route is roughly 5K, with a 3K walking option also available. Doors open at 5:00 PM and check-in closes at 6:25 PM. The group departs in waves starting at 6:30 PM BST. The Peloton Studios London Run Club has been a regular fixture this spring, with multiple events building toward the running community throughout the season.

Pace groups are available for all levels:

  • Group 1 (5K): 25 to 30 minutes
  • Group 2 (5K): 30 to 35 minutes
  • Group 3 (5K): Walk and Run
  • Group 4 (3K): Walking

After the run, attendees can expect post-workout treats from PerfectTed. Bag drop and lockers will be available at the studio.

Registration for the Peloton Studios London Run Club is free and open to Peloton members and non-members alike. A confirmed registration and signed activity waiver are required to participate. Spots for a guest can be secured separately through the event page. Register now at the official Peloton event page.
