Your Guide to Peloton Instructor Podcast Appearances:

Christine D’Ercole Redefines What It Means to Become Fully Yourself, Plus Fertility, Longevity, and Marathon Wisdom from the Regulars
Last updated 7/31/26 | Bookmark this page to check biweekly!
This fortnight leans thoughtful. Between July 17 and 31, Peloton instructor podcast appearances ranged from a genuinely moving conversation about self-trust to practical wisdom on longevity, fertility, and marathon training from the regulars.
Christine D’Ercole sat down with Anna Scott for a heartfelt conversation about authenticity and what it means to become fully yourself, easily the standout of the fortnight. Robin Arzón kept Project Swagger busy with two episodes, including a longevity conversation with Kara Swisher. Adrian Williams brought Great Things into more personal territory with a conversation on infertility and redefining motherhood. Becs Gentry co-hosted two episodes of Set the Pace, including a powerful two-part series with Mary Cain. And The Roses kept their weekly run going with two more episodes.
Here is everything sourced and ready for your playlist.
Christine D’Ercole on My Love of Life Energy
“How Did You Get to Be So You?” | Premiered July 23, 2026 | Available on YouTube
My Love of Life Energy is Anna Scott’s podcast, built around gentle conversations where, as she puts it, truth is felt rather than forced. Christine D’Ercole’s episode is a beautiful fit for that mission. The two talk about authenticity, self-talk, agency, and what it actually means to show up as yourself in the world, not as an idea, but as a lived practice.
Christine shares how her own journey helped her recognize the power of language and self-trust, and the stories we carry about who we are allowed to be. The conversation touches on Peloton, movement, and music along the way, and closes with Christine’s own framework for living it: I am, I can, I will, I do. It is a genuinely lovely listen, full of real warmth and passion.

Quick Hits: More Peloton Instructor Podcast Appearances
Robin Arzón: Project Swagger
Two new Project Swagger episodes this fortnight. On July 21, Robin welcomed Kara Swisher, Silicon Valley’s “most feared” tech journalist, to cut through the noise on longevity science. The two discuss what’s overrated and overpriced in the wellness world, health-span versus lifespan, and five realistic tactics for staying consistent through summer chaos. On July 28, Robin went solo with a hot take: marathon training is simple. She lays out the 10 training rules she never breaks as a 27-time marathon finisher, her running essentials, and answers listener questions on preventing soreness and navigating movement through chronic sleep deprivation, including insomnia tied to perimenopause and menopause.

Adrian Williams: Great Things with Adrian
A more personal episode this fortnight. A newsletter Adrian wrote about his own journey with the idea of fatherhood sparked an unexpected conversation, and this episode brings together Dr. Yzette Lanier, a sexual and reproductive health researcher and NYU professor, and Dr. Keosha Bond, a sexual health researcher and CUNY professor, to talk about redefining what motherhood looks like. The three cover the grief of infertility, the pressure to want children, the weight of societal expectations, and what people who love someone going through IVF should better understand.

Becs Gentry: Set the Pace
Becs Gentry co-hosts Set the Pace for New York Road Runners, presented by Peloton, and this fortnight brought a powerful two-part series. In the July 23 episode, Becs opens with a summer running update before handing off to co-host Rob, who sits down with Mary Cain to discuss her memoir “This Is Not About Running” and her experiences as a young professional athlete with the Nike Oregon Project. Mary speaks candidly about harmful coaching practices, body shaming, and RED-S, along with why creating healthier environments for athletes matters. On July 30, the series continues as Becs sits down with Atalanta NYC professional athletes Emily Richards, Susan Aneno, and Leah Anderson, along with Executive Director Devon Martin, to talk about the nonprofit Mary Cain founded to support girls and women in sport, and its work mentoring high school runners in underserved New York City communities.
Content note: these episodes reference eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and the death of an athlete’s father.

Bradley and Sophia Rose: Relatable with The Roses, Episodes 57 and 58
Episode 57: “Parenting Things Our Parents Quietly Judge Us For” | Published July 22, 2026 | 56 minutes Episode 58: “She Has a Secret OnlyFans Account…” | Published July 29, 2026 | 57 minutes
Episode 57 opens with a rough update on Alfie after a routine stitch removal didn’t go to plan, plus the realization that Bradley and Sophia have been podcasting together for a full year and completely forgot their own anniversary. Sophia’s mom’s comments on IVF and sleep training spark a bigger conversation about the generation gap in parenting, and the episode closes with an emotional discussion about Sophia’s dad, regret, and making the most of the people you love. Episode 58 brings back Dear Roses, tackling listener questions on tipping culture, a secret OnlyFans income kept hidden for over a year, pre-wedding cold feet, and whether old arguments should have an expiration date.

Beyond the Podcast Mic
Not every worthwhile appearance is a podcast. Here is what else caught our attention this fortnight.
Rebecca Kennedy had two pieces of non-podcast content worth flagging. On Peloton’s official Fuel channel, she joined Peloton Nutritionist Dr. Jamie Schehr for “The Ultimate Guide to HiLit+ Nutrition,” walking through how to build three daily meals for adequate protein and fiber, and why body recomposition means building muscle while losing fat. On her own personal channel, she checked in with her RKSolid Spotlight crew for a Week 1 recap of the HiLit+ program, celebrating everyone who made time for themselves and kept promises to themselves during the program’s first week.
