Your Guide to Peloton Instructor Podcast Appearances:

July 3rd – 17th, 2026

Robin Arzón Redefines Bold Aging with Hoda Kotb, Tunde Joins a Netflix Group Chat, and Cody Gets a Documentary Cameo

Last updated 7/16/26 | Bookmark this page to check biweekly!

This one has a bit of everything. Between July 3 and 17, Peloton instructor podcast appearances ranged from a genuinely moving guest spot to a brief but notable documentary cameo, and it is the kind of fortnight that leaves you with a few new favorites.

Robin Arzón sat down with Hoda Kotb for Joy 101, and the two of them together are a joy to listen to, warm, upbeat, the kind of conversation that leaves you a little bit lighter than when you pressed play. It is built around Robin’s philosophy on aging boldly. Cody Rigsby turns up with a small but meaningful contribution in Finding Fire Island, the GLAAD-nominated documentary series covering the history of Cherry Grove and The Pines. Andy Speer shared his wisdom on training with the Navy SEAL Foundation. And Tunde Oyeneyin joined a Netflix group chat panel on Shut Up Evan alongside Phoebe Robinson and Sarah Jane Nader, trading in the leaderboard for a couch and some genuinely funny conversation.

The Quick Hits regulars kept their usual pace too, and there is plenty here worth your time. Robin Arzón published two more Project Swagger episodes, including one with a wonderful guest. Adrian Williams brought us into two more kitchens for Great Things. And The Roses kept their run going with two more episodes, dog update included.

Here is everything sourced and ready for your playlist.

Robin Arzón on Joy 101 with Hoda Kotb

“Joy 101: Robin Arzon” | Published July 6, 2026 | 46 minutes | Available on YouTube and wherever you get podcasts

Joy 101 is Hoda Kotb’s podcast, built around conversations that get to the heart of what makes people genuinely happy, and Robin Arzón’s episode fits right into that mission. The two of them together have an easy, infectious energy, the kind of listen that stays with you well after it ends.

The conversation centers on Robin’s philosophy on aging boldly. “You should be rattling the age cage,” she tells Hoda. “What decision would you make if you were twice as bold and twice as confident? Because it’s like that version of yourself is just waiting to be let out of a cage.” It is a lovely line, delivered with the kind of warmth that makes the whole episode feel like a pep talk from a friend.

Cody Rigsby in Finding Fire Island

“Confessions on a Fire Island Dance Floor” | Season 2, Episode 4: “DJs and the Dance Floor” | Published June 25, 2026 | Available on YouTube

Finding Fire Island is a GLAAD-nominated documentary series, the first to document the history of Cherry Grove and The Pines, hosted and executive produced by Jess Rothschild. This episode covers the island’s legendary DJs and dance floor culture, from the creation of Beach ‘79 to today’s “leave no trace” beach parties, featuring Billy Porter, Julio Torres, Robbie Leslie, Susan Morabito, and a wide cast of community voices.

Cody Rigsby’s contribution is brief, but it is worth noting, and the documentary itself is well worth checking out on its own merits. It is an enlightening watch regardless of how much screen time any one person gets.

Tunde Oyeneyin on Shut Up Evan

Netflix Podcast, hosted by Evan Ross Katz

Shut Up Evan is Evan Ross Katz’s Netflix video podcast, and its group chat panel episodes bring together a rotating cast of guests for freewheeling conversation. Tunde Oyeneyin joined this one alongside comedian Phoebe Robinson and Sarah Jane Nader, and the three dig into internet culture, pop culture zeitgeist, and the catch-22 celebrities face around choosing or not choosing to get cosmetic work done.

Worth noting for anyone with a Peloton Bike or Tread: Netflix is available directly on Peloton devices, so this is one you can genuinely watch on the same screen you ride in front of.

Robin Arzón: Project Swagger

Two new Project Swagger episodes this fortnight. On July 7, Robin welcomed Eva Longoria for a conversation covering rejecting imposter syndrome, Eva’s supplement stack and beauty secrets, hitting her stride in her 50s, and building what she calls a “female utopia” directing her new film The Fifth Wheel, starring Kim Kardashian, Nikki Glaser, Brenda Song, Fortune Feimster, Will Ferrell, and Kirsten Wiig. On July 14, Robin went solo to break down the health metrics she tracks as a high-performance hybrid athlete, her six rules for using data to build wellness without outsourcing your life to a dashboard, and why the most important metric isn’t something a wearable can measure.

Adrian Williams: Great Things with Adrian

Two episodes this fortnight. On July 8, Adrian visited Nishaan in the East Village, where Chef Zeeshan Bakhrani talked about going from a 2024 layoff to opening one of the neighborhood’s most buzzed-about restaurants, blending his Pakistani heritage with Mexican and American influences learned growing up. The two made chopped cheese, Bihari barbacoa tacos, and elote chaat together. On July 15, Adrian headed to Brooklyn’s Nick + Sons, where owner Nick Heavican explained how one bite of sourdough in an Icelandic bakery led him to quit photography and become a baker, including his first croissant made just 10 days before opening.

Beyond the Podcast Mic

Not every worthwhile appearance is a podcast. Here is what else caught our attention this fortnight.

Bradley Rose appeared in a Carrot video testimonial, “Peloton Instructor Bradley Rose’s Male Infertility Journey,” published July 13. Bradley shares his and Sophia’s fertility journey, including his male-factor infertility diagnosis, nutrition changes, hormone therapy, and eventually IVF, all supported through the Carrot fertility benefit Peloton offers its employees.

Peloton’s own channel published “Emma Lovewell’s Home Gym Renovation,” a tour of her newly renovated space built around the Peloton Bike+ and Tread+, published July 16. Separately, furniture brand Arhaus featured Emma in “At Home With Emma Lovewell,” published July 10, walking through how her home has evolved through different seasons of life.

Selena Samuela’s book club, A Court of Books and Baddies, shared a short but emotional interview with author Sarah A. Parker, discussing the heartbreak behind her Moon Fall series. It runs just a couple of minutes and is a good excuse to discover a book you might not have picked up otherwise.

Also Worth Noting

Documentary filmmaker Philip Byron sat down with Welcome to the Stage to talk about Spin Wars, his documentary covering the rise of SoulCycle, Flywheel, and Peloton. It is a different interview than the one Byron gave us on The Clip Out back in June, so if you enjoyed hearing his story the first time, this one is worth a listen for a few different angles on the same story.
