Adrian Williams — Great Things with Adrian

Spring Clean Your Mind | Published May 6, 2026

This week’s standout is Adrian Williams sitting down with Dr. Jen Hartstein on his own platform, Great Things Take Time, for an episode titled Spring Clean Your Mind. Dr. Jen is a nationally recognised child, adolescent, and family psychologist based in New York City, and a regular contributor to NBC’s Today Show and NBC News Daily.

The conversation covers emotional regulation, burnout, boundaries, and the mental clutter that builds when we try to do everything at once. Dr. Jen’s opening observation sets the tone: we are mentally full. From there, Adrian and Dr. Jen work through why that is, what it looks like when we hit the wall, and what actually helps.

What this episode covers:

  • Why the brain feels constantly “on” — and the role of information overload
  • The multitasking myth: why task-switching costs you more than you think
  • How burnout shows up differently in different people — irritability for some, numbness for others
  • Boundaries reframed: why “no” is a complete sentence and other people’s disappointment is theirs to manage
  • Emotion regulation tools most people already have but forget to use
  • Phone habits, doomscrolling, and what Dr. Jen calls “bloomscrolling”
  • The value of having people in your life who will tell you the truth

The full interview is available to watch on YouTube. The accompanying newsletter, which includes an edited transcript, is at Great Things Take Time. Find Dr. Jen at drjen.com and on Instagram at @drjenonline.

Robin Arzón — Eat Like a Legend with Dan Churchill

Plant-Based High-Protein Tofu Lasagne | Published this week

Robin Arzón also appeared on performance chef Dan Churchill’s Eat Like a Legend platform this week for a cooking and conversation short. The two made a quick 15-minute plant-based, high-protein tofu lasagne from Robin’s cookbook Eat to Hustle while talking fitness, fuelling performance, and showing off their abs to camera 😅.

Dan Churchill is a New York City-based performance chef, author, and podcast host with a Master’s in Exercise Science. His Eat Like a Legend cookbook is built around the same philosophy Robin brings to Eat to Hustle: nutrient-dense, protein-packed food that actually supports how you move. The two are a natural fit.
