Your Guide to Peloton Instructor Podcast Appearances:

June 5th –June 19th, 2026

Matty Maggiacomo at the Table, Ally Love and Selena Samuela Get Real, and The Roses Keep Rolling

Last updated 6/19/26 | Bookmark this page to check biweekly!

This is a good one. Between June 5 and 19, Peloton instructor podcast appearances covered some genuinely meaningful ground and a few of these are the kind you will find yourself coming back to.

Matty Maggiacomo spent two hours at Candice Guardino’s table talking about coming out, Broadway, and what his grandmother used to smuggle into the cinema. Ally Love sat down with ANDMOM for one of the most honest conversations she has ever had about the pregnancy she kept completely private while teaching millions of riders every day. Selena Samuela talked through identical twins, three weeks in the NICU, and what it actually took to find her way back. Tim Robards joined Just Tak for a candid hour covering Neighbours, SAS Australia, Elle Wines, and the psychic who apparently called his acting career before he did. And Adrian Williams made a genuinely convincing case for cheese as a recovery food on Dairy Foods, timed perfectly to National Cheese Day.

The Quick Hits regulars kept good energy too. Robin Arzón welcomed Shonda Rhimes to Project Swagger. Great Things with Adrian moved away from restaurant visits and into mental health and relationships. Cody, Andrew, and Ren had a lot of feelings about breakfast cereal. And The Roses kept their run going with two more episodes, including a guest from Love Is Blind who had plenty to say about what happens off camera.

Here is everything sourced and ready for your playlist!

Matty Maggiacomo on Italian Bred: At The Table with Candice Guardino

“Coming Out Italian Style” | Published June 14, 2026 | Available on YouTube

Candice Guardino is a comedian, storyteller, and the creator of Italian Bred, a theatrical comedy show that built a genuinely devoted following. Italian Bred: At The Table is the podcast that grew out of that world. It is an 8-episode series of honest, funny conversations about family, culture, identity, and all the complicated wonderful stuff that sits in between. For Episode 3, she invited Matty Maggiacomo to join her.

The two spend just over two hours together and it does not drag for a minute. They cover coming out to an Italian family, which Broadway shows are being turned into films right now, and the snacks Matty’s grandmother absolutely insisted on bringing to the cinema. It is warm and funny and the conversation moves easily between the two without any effort. Guardino is a natural host and Matty is clearly having a good time. New episodes drop every Sunday and the series runs in partnership with Comedy Dynamics.

Ally Love on ANDMOM

“Why Ally Love Kept Her Pregnancy Secret” | Premiered June 11, 2026 | Available on YouTube

ANDMOM is part of the Vox Media Podcast Network, hosted by Cassidy and Skylar, and built around real conversations about motherhood. Ally Love’s episode is one of the most unguarded things she has shared publicly and it is a really good listen.

Ally kept her pregnancy completely private while teaching millions of riders every single day. Not as a strategic decision, but because after a long and unexpected road to starting her family, she was simply not ready to share it with the world. The conversation covers what that first trimester really felt like, a work meeting early on that blindsided her completely and took months to recover from, and what it is like to stand in front of millions of people projecting joy and confidence while carrying something privately. She also talks through what coming back postpartum in a sports bra actually felt like, why knowing who your people are before the baby arrives matters more than most parenting content will ever tell you, her strong feelings about barbecue pineapple pizza, and the specific laugh hack that stops her son crying immediately. That last one is genuinely charming and you will want to file it away.

Selena Samuela on NYRR Set the Pace

“Selena Samuela: Twin Pregnancy, Postpartum Mental Health and Returning to Peloton” | Published May 28, 2026 | Available on YouTube

Set the Pace is the official New York Road Runners podcast, presented by Peloton and co-hosted by Rob and Becs Gentry. Selena Samuela joined for this episode and it is one of the more honest conversations you will find across recent Peloton instructor podcast appearances. She does not gloss over any of it.

Selena talks through finding out she was carrying identical twin girls Stella and Frankie, navigating placenta previa and losing running completely during pregnancy, giving birth at Mt. Sinai, and spending three weeks in the NICU. From there the conversation moves through tandem feeding, the particular chaos of life with two newborns, and what it actually felt like to be back on camera before she felt fully ready. She talks about the “mom pouch” post that resonated so widely with the Peloton community, her bestie shadow reframe, and the mantra she carried through all of it: acceptance is not the same as complacency. By 24 weeks postpartum she was back teaching live at Peloton and rebuilding her running one day at a time. It is a powerful listen.

The episode notes that it explores one runner’s journey with fertility, pregnancy, and childbirth.

Tim Robards on Just Tak

“tim robards | 26” | Premiered June 16, 2026 | Available on YouTube

Just Tak is Takaya Honda’s podcast, focused on honest conversations with actors, performers, and creatives. Tim Robards, who has appeared on Peloton as an Australian guest instructor, joined for Episode 26 and the two cover a lot of territory together in just under an hour.

They get into Tim’s work with Peloton, the story behind Elle Wines and the Elle Rosé brand, what it really looks like to balance family life with acting and building a business, and the psychic who apparently told him he would be an actor long before he believed it himself. The conversation also takes in his role in From Italy With Love, leaving Neighbours during the pandemic, whether he would ever go back to Ramsay Street, what really happened on SAS Australia including the incident involving Zima Anderson, and how Tim manages chronic pain and injury in his day to day life. Takaya prepared well and the hour moves easily from start to finish.

Adrian Williams on Dairy Foods

“Peloton Instructor Joins Dairy Foods for New Video” | Published June 4, 2026 | Available on YouTube

Dairy Foods is a trade magazine covering the dairy processing industry, with Brian Berk as Editor-in-Chief. The hook here was National Cheese Day, and this appearance puts Adrian Williams in an unexpected setting that actually works really well.

As a Parm Bar ambassador, Adrian makes the case that cheese has been unfairly dismissed in the fitness and recovery conversation. The protein content is real, the recovery benefits are backed up, and the Parm Bar makes it easy to grab straight after a workout without any prep required. It is a short appearance but the argument is clear and it lands well. Adrian has built his reputation on being straight with people, so when he gets behind something you tend to believe him.

Quick Hits

Robin Arzón: Project Swagger

Two new Project Swagger episodes this fortnight and both are worth adding to your list. On June 9, Robin sat down with Shonda Rhimes for a conversation that covers her most consistent daily habit, her number one negotiating tactic, why she is actively trying to raise stubborn daughters, and what she means when she talks about fitting out rather than fitting in. Shonda is exactly as good a guest as you would hope.

The June 16 episode was a solo one, with Robin making a direct and personal case that the lie most people believe about aging is worth unpacking. She brings hard evidence, shares her own experience of navigating a new chapter in her late 30s, talks through managing workouts with type 1 diabetes, and makes the point that you are fully allowed to write your own timeline.

Adrian Williams: Great Things with Adrian

Adrian put the restaurant visits aside this fortnight and brought in two guests from the mental health and relationships space. Both conversations are worth your time.

On June 8 he sat down with Dr. Jen Hartstein, a nationally recognised child, adolescent, and family psychologist, for a focused 19-minute conversation on how to spring clean your mind. They cover what brain fatigue actually looks like, why multitasking is not what most people think it is, the early warning signs of burnout, and some practical emotional regulation tools that are easy to start using straight away. Short, focused, and one of those episodes you will likely come back to.

On June 10 he was joined by Vienna Pharaon, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, national bestselling author of The Origins of You, and one of the most sought-after relationship therapists in New York City with over 20 years of practice. Pharaon has been featured in The New York Times and Vogue and has led workshops for both Peloton and Netflix. They talk through why smart, self-aware people keep landing in the same relationship patterns, how your earliest experiences quietly shape the way you show up as an adult, and what genuine progress actually looks like. Her take is worth writing down: progress does not mean you never re-enter a pattern. It means you notice it sooner and get out quicker.

Cody Rigsby, Andrew Chappelle and Ren: Tactful Pettiness

“Cereal Nostalgia” | Published June 18, 2026

This week Cody, Andrew, and Ren walked down a sugar-coated memory lane with their all-time favourite breakfast cereals. The big questions include whether you add banana to your Raisin Bran, whether you would smash Tony the Tiger, and who the uncelebrated icon of Honey Bunches of Oats actually is. Exactly the kind of conversation Tactful Pettiness does best. New episodes drop every Thursday.

Bradley and Sophia Rose: Relatable with The Roses, Episodes 51 and 52

Episode 51: “Is Bradley Dead Inside? (And Other Questions We Faced This Week)” | Published June 10, 2026 | 58 minutes

Episode 52: “Love Is Blind: Kelly Chase Reveals What Really Happened Behind the Scenes” | Published June 17, 2026 | 1 hour 17 minutes

Episode 51 opens with Chloe’s apparently supernatural ability to know when the Roses are about to walk through the door and Bradley’s annual losing battle with hay fever. From there they get into a Stranger Things debate, a reel about fatherhood that caught them both off guard emotionally, and then the main event: a relationship quiz covering things they absolutely should know about each other after 17 years together. What does Sophia actually do for a living? Why did she grow up all over the world? What was Bradley’s first job? Some of those answers turned out to be harder to find than they had any right to be.

Episode 52 brings in Kelly Chase from Season 1 of Love Is Blind for a genuinely revealing conversation about what the show looks like from the inside. They cover the pods, the role producers play, whether the weddings are actually legally binding, what happened between Kelly and Kenny once filming wrapped, and why Kelly feels the experience ultimately changed her for the better. At just over an hour it is the longer of the two, but it holds your attention all the way through.
