2014 was the year Peloton stopped being a promise and became a product. After the 2013 Kickstarter campaign proved the demand was real, 2014 brought the first bike deliveries, a growing instructor roster, new office space, and the earliest signs of the studio operation that would eventually produce thousands of live classes. The team was small — an office built for 18 people — but the ambition wasn’t.
