Peloton German Program Targets Posture in 7 Days
Six instructors lead an 11-class plan built around strength, mobility, and better alignment.
A new Peloton German program is now available on demand, giving German-speaking members a structured seven-day path to better posture. The Peloton posture program, titled “7 Tage auf dem Weg zur besseren Haltung” (“7 Days on the Way to Better Posture”), brings together six instructors across 11 classes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support better alignment through targeted movement.

What the Peloton German Program Includes
The Peloton posture program runs one week with classes scheduled seven times per week, ranging from five to 20 minutes each. The full day-by-day schedule breaks down as follows:
- Day 1: 10 min Seated Stretch with Erik Jäger (preceded by a 5-minute intro to the program)
- Day 2: 15 min Upper Body Mobility with Marcel Maurer
- Day 3: 20 min Upper Body Strength + 5 min Core Strength with Cliff Dwenger
- Day 4: 15 min Foam Rolling: Full Body with Nico Sarani + 10 min Upper Body Stretch with Marcel Maurer
- Day 5: 20 min Full Body Mobility with Mila Lazar
- Day 6: 20 min Full Body Strength + 5 min Core Strength with Erik Jäger
- Day 7: 20 min Full Body Stretch with Assal Arian
That mix of strength work, mobility training, foam rolling, and stretching reflects a deliberate approach to posture as a whole-body issue rather than a single-focus fix.

For members looking to address posture without committing to a long-term plan, the one-week structure keeps the bar low and the focus tight. Seven days, 11 classes, and a clear outcome make this one of the more accessible program formats Peloton has offered in its German-language catalog. It follows the Peloton German cross training program, which launched in April 2026 with all ten German-language instructors.
