Celebrate the 4th of July 2024 with new Peloton classes

Celebrate the 4th of July with Peloton’s Special Classes

Get ready to sweat and celebrate! This 4th of July, the studio may be closed for live workouts, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any new content.  Peloton is dropping some patriotic workouts to celebrate the day. Whether you’re into strength training, rowing, cycling, or running, there’s something available for you. Here’s the lineup:

4th of July Arms & Shoulders Strength Class

Kick off your Independence Day with a 20-minute Arms & Shoulders strength class led by Rebecca Kennedy. Starting at 7:30am ET, this class will help you build those biceps and tone your triceps.  Perfect if you’re planning on a suns-out-guns-out kind of day.

4th of July Row

Prefer rowing? Make like George Washington crossing the Delaware and join Adrian Williams at 7:30am ET for a 15-minute row that promises to be fun and challenging. And, unlike GW, who crossed the river in winter, you’re bound to work up a sweat here.

4th of July Ride

At 8:00am ET, hop on your bike and ride with Emma Lovewell for a 30-minute cycling session. Feel the energy and enthusiasm of the day as you pedal through this specially curated class designed to make your 4th of July sweaty and fun.

4th of July Run

If running is more your style, lace up your shoes and join Andy Speer at 8:00am ET for a 20-minute run. This workout will have you feeling that runners high and get you ready to run to safety after you light your fireworks.

All these classes are premiering on Thursday, July 4th, and while they aren’t live, they feature live leaderboards. This means you can still compete and connect with fellow Peloton members in real-time.

Happy 4th of July, and happy sweating!
