The Marketing to Men Summit is produced by Antenna Up under the banner “Cooler to Care,” bringing together marketers, media companies, brands, and researchers focused on building what the organization calls a healthier men’s media ecosystem in the United States. This year’s speaker list included representatives from Procter & Gamble, Nielsen, Pinterest, AARP, NestlĂ©, and UNTUCKit, alongside creators and authors working in men’s health and culture.

Aging Well Takes Center Stage at the Marketing to Men Summit

Speer’s panel addressed what aging well actually looks like for men across generations, and who is making that idea aspirational rather than abstract. He was joined by Kim Dolan, Managing Director of Health at Pinterest; Sami Hassanyeh, Chief Digital Transformation Officer at AARP; and Chris Brody, Senior Marketing Director for NestlĂ© Health Science’s BOOST brand. Together, the group discussed what empowers men to engage authentically with their own physical, mental, and spiritual health, and what that engagement means for the brands trying to reach them.

The invitation reflects Speer’s standing well beyond the Peloton platform. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with more than 25 years in fitness, and a coach known for his technique-driven Total Strength and TS60 programming, he brought a practitioner’s perspective to a discussion otherwise populated by marketing and healthcare executives.

A Consistent Voice on Longevity and Wellbeing

The Marketing to Men Summit panel builds on a pattern that’s been visible in Speer’s public work throughout 2026. In March, he appeared on Men’s Health’s Strong Talk podcast to discuss the concept of “strengthspan,” a framework built around five domains of strength that extend well past a single workout or a single decade. That conversation, like the Marketing to Men Summit panel, treated strength and aging as a lifelong practice rather than a fixed outcome.

Speer has also used his own Instagram in recent months to go beyond workout content, including a candid post this summer about rewiring self-talk during difficult stretches. Taken together, the Men’s Health appearance, the Instagram posts, and now the Marketing to Men Summit panel point to an instructor increasingly asked to speak on wellbeing in settings that have nothing to do with a Peloton class.

For Peloton, having an instructor seated alongside AARP and Pinterest at an industry event focused on men’s health is its own kind of signal. It suggests the company’s strength and longevity messaging, carried in large part by instructors like Speer, is registering with audiences and brands outside the app.
