Brand new to Peloton’s class offerings are the Walking Meditations, which provide a unique opportunity to combine mindfulness and movement. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned pro, the Walking Meditations will be a great way to reduce stress, improve focus, and find your inner zen. At The Clip Out, we’re wondering: will these be listed under meditations or outdoor? Will they structured to be on your tread or anywhere you happen to be? We’ll find out tomorrow as they drop 10/10 at 11am ET and will be taught by: Anna, Chelsea, Denis, Kirra, Marianna and Ross!

Boss Ride: Ride to the Rhythm

It’s officially Boss October – we knew that since we heard Ally announce it last week!  But this week, Ally will be teaching a 30 minute Boss Ride on Sunday at Noon ET. Looking for a high-energy ride that will get your heart pumping and your legs burning? Look no further than the Boss Ride. This 30-minute class is designed to push you to your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals. But if you miss it, don’t worry – you can always catch the replay on demand.

Standing Core Workout: Strengthen Your Core and Sculpt Your Body

And for those of you keeping track, we also have a new 10 minute Standing Core workout from Rebecca! If you’re looking for a quick and effective workout that targets your core and sculpts your muscles, the Standing Core Workout is a must-try. This 10-minute on-demand workout is perfect for those who are short on time but still want to push their limits. The standing core workout will be dropping on demand Thursday 10/12 at 10am ET.
