45-Minute Deep Dive: Abbey Road with Denis on 6/24

Denis Morton leads a 45-minute Deep Dive: Abbey Road class, going on demand Wednesday, June 24 at 12:00 AM ET | 5:00 AM BST. The ride marks National Beatles Day, with Denis building the full class around the album, giving riders a chance to clip in for a tribute ride to one of music’s most influential records. It’s the third installment of Denis’ album-focused cycling series, following OutKast’s ATLiens in January and Alanis Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill in April, and the first to take on a Beatles record. Check out more here.

45-Minute Flow & Let Go with Aditi on 6/24

Aditi Shah leads a 45-minute Flow & Let Go class, paired with a 10-minute Flow & Let Go Meditation, going on demand Wednesday, June 24 at 12:00 AM ET | 5:00 AM BST. The combined flow and meditation format gives members a full mind-body session in one sitting, closing out a physical practice with guided stillness.

30-Minute Live Soundtrack Strength with Callie on 6/25

Callie Gullickson leads a live 30-minute Soundtrack Strength Club class on Thursday, June 25 at 9:00 AM ET | 2:00 PM BST. The Soundtrack Strength format uses a curated playlist to drive pacing and rest, giving the session a built-in rhythm for full-body strength work. Now that she’s back from maternity leave, cue up her signature class!

60-Minute Live Rock Run with Susie on 6/27

Susie Chan leads a live 60-minute Rock Run on Saturday, June 27 at 7:00 AM ET | 12:00 PM BST. A full hour on the Tread with Susie’s Rock programming gives runners a sustained, music-driven session to close out the week.

What’s On Our Radar This Week at Peloton

Here is what is on the schedule for the week of June 22:

Pride Month Closes Out with Four Classes (We Think!)

Peloton’s Pride Month programming wraps up this week. Here are the live classes:

  • Ash Pryor leads a live 20-minute Pride: Hip Hop Row on Monday, June 22 at 6:00 PM ET.
  • Jess King leads a live 30-minute Pride: Broadway Ride on Thursday, June 25 at 5:30 PM ET / 7:30 AM AEST +1.
  • Olivia Amato leads a live 30-minute Pride: Pop Walk and Run on Friday, June 26 at 6:30 AM ET / 11:30 AM BST.

  • Matty Maggiacomo leads a 30-minute Pride: Walk and Talk with a “special guest,” going on demand Wednesday, June 24 at 12:00 AM ET / 5:00 AM BST. Based on hints from Matty, the special guest is most likely his drag alter ego, Mara Thonner. Mara has been a beloved part of Peloton’s Pride programming in previous years. For background on how Mara came to be, the review of At the Next Table Episode 3 includes Matty’s personal account of the character’s origins. Interestingly, this class was grouped with Pride scheduling when Peloton posted Week 4 accidentally for Week 3 on Instagram and our sharp eyed tipsters spotted it. We’re not sure why it was omitted from the schedule posted on IG on June 21.

Train with Des Linden: Becs Gentry’s Endurance Run on 6/22

Becs Gentry leads a 45-minute Endurance Run with marathon legend Des Linden, on demand Monday, June 22 at 12:00 AM ET / 5:00 AM BST. With the New York City Marathon 18 weeks out, the class is built to kick off training season, and it lands alongside Peloton’s new Pace Your Race program for members looking for a fuller training plan.

Charlotte Weidenbach and Matt Wilpers Stack the Toughest Morning of Peak Month on 6/26

Friday, June 26 opens with back to back intensity. Charlotte Weidenbach leads a live 30-minute The Prodigy Ride at 3:30 AM ET, part of the June Artist Series closing out from PSL. Given that Charlotte has earned a reputation as one of Peloton’s toughest instructors, this looks like the class that sets the tone for the day, depending on your time zone. Three hours later, Matt Wilpers leads a live 45-minute Power Zone Ride at 6:30 AM ET. Matt is back on the schedule after a week off, and June marks the first peak block of his yearlong Power Zone training plan, built around threshold and VO2 work. Back to back with a needed break in between, these two classes could make for the hardest morning stretch of the month so far.

The Prodigy Artist Series Continues from PSL on 6/26

The rest of the day keeps the June Artist Series momentum going. Hannah Frankson leads a live 30-minute The Prodigy Ride in Studio 1 at 6:00 PM ET, and Susie Chan teaches a live 30-minute The Prodigy Run in Studio 2 at 6:00 PM ET, both from PSL. An additional pairing of Susie Chan’s 30-minute The Prodigy Run and Hannah Frankson’s 30-minute The Prodigy Ride airs at 1:00 PM ET.

Matt Wilpers’ 120-Minute Power Zone Endurance Ride on 6/27

Matt Wilpers leads a live 120-minute Power Zone Endurance Ride on Saturday, June 27 at 8:00 AM ET. Power Zone Endurance is lower intensity by design, but two hours in the saddle is its own kind of difficulty, and it caps a heavy week for Wilpers as he leans into June’s peak training block.

The Power Zone faithful noticed an announcement on the PZP Facebook page on 6/22… a new instructor with a ride scheduled out in July: Jess King! Traditionally, new instructors make a “surprise” appearance in one of Matt’s Saturday classes, and the Pack is buzzing with question around if we will see the spotlight land on Jess this weekend.

Bradley Rose’s Disney Ride on 6/28

Bradley Rose leads a 20-minute Disney Ride on Sunday, June 28 at 5:25 AM ET. A quick, family-friendly start to the day on the bike, and part of a promised rollout of more Disney content. Marcel D and Benny also recently had Disney-themed classes.

Jess Sims’ Advanced Sims 60 Tread Bootcamp on 6/28

Jess Sims leads a live Advanced Sims 60 Tread Bootcamp on Sunday, June 28 at 2:00 PM ET. Sims 60 is one of the more demanding bootcamp formats on the platform, and the Advanced tag signals an extra layer of intensity. Do you dare get disgusting with the You Get To Crew?

Íconos Latinos Classes Return Live on 6/27 and 6/28

The next round of live Íconos Latinos classes records with members the weekend of June 27 and 28, with Rad Lopez, Mariana Fernández, and Camila Ramón leading sessions across strength, yoga, and cycling.

Denis Morton’s Sleep Meditation on 6/28

Denis Morton closes out the week with a 30-minute Sleep Meditation on Sunday, June 28 at 10:00 PM ET, a calm finish heading into the new week. After a week of programming like this, we will need it!
