New Class Type at Peloton

This Week at Peloton: New Class Type Plus Yoga Flow, Evening Stretch and Standing Core Content

It’s going to be a fun week of Peloton workouts! This week Peloton is debuting a new class type while bringing us more of our faves. Let’s take a look at what’s new this week.

New Class Type: Metrics

If talking during classes kills your vibe, this new class type is for you. These classes cut out the chit chat and shout outs, and instructors will only jump in to give insight into the class plan and cue as needed. Otherwise the music will do the talking so you can focus on chasing that PR or just chilling out while you get your sweat on. Rides, runs, walks and rows are on demand now.

Deep House Yoga Flow

If Deep House music is your jam, be sure to check out this upcoming Yoga Flow with Anna Greenberg. The 30-minute class will happen live on Sat. April 6 at 12:30 p.m. ET, and you know the playlist will be lit!

Evening Stretch

Evening stretches with Matty Maggiacomo are fan favorites for a reason. They’re the perfect way to take care of your body while quieting your mind for a relaxing evening or pre-sleep routine. A new 10-minute Evening Stretch class will drop on demand Fri. April 5 at 4 p.m. ET.

Standing Core

Another popular class type is Standing Core which lets you get your core work in from anywhere, no mat required. Look for a new 10-minute Standing Core Strength with Rebecca Kennedy on demand Thurs. April 4 at 10 a.m. ET.
