RK and J Off Script: Rebecca Kennedy Launches Live Series June 12

The Peloton strength instructor and Dr. Jaime Schehr are taking their friendship on the road. First stop: Greenwich, CT on June 12.

RK and J Off Script is officially happening. Peloton strength instructor Rebecca Kennedy and registered dietitian and nutritionist Dr. Jaime Schehr have announced a live, in-person event series by that name, launching Friday, June 12, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Suma Life House in Greenwich, Connecticut. The event is women-only, intentionally small, and built around an intimate conversation covering fitness, nutrition, friendship, and an open Q&A. Lite bites, beverages, and photo opportunities are included.

This is not a one-time appearance. Kennedy and Dr. Schehr have confirmed Greenwich is the first stop in a multi-city series, with more locations to follow.

What Is RK and J Off Script

The concept grew directly from audience demand. Kennedy and Dr. Schehr put the question to their followers: did they want an in-person gathering? The response was a clear yes. RK and J Off Script is their answer, a series designed to feel like a conversation between two friends who happen to have deep expertise in fitness, nutrition, recovery, and longevity.

Topics on the table include all of those areas, and the format is built around attendee questions. The invitation is direct: come with questions, and they will cover it. That open structure is what sets RK and J Off Script apart from a standard fitness appearance. There is no set agenda beyond the conversation the room brings.

Who Is Dr. Jaime Schehr

Dr. Jaime Schehr is a licensed naturopathic doctor, registered dietitian, and certified nutrition specialist with more than 20 years of experience in integrative medicine and sports nutrition. If her name sounds familiar to Peloton members, it should. She is not new to the Peloton world. As we covered when Peloton officially launched its nutrition content, Dr. Schehr has been working behind the scenes with Peloton instructors, including Rebecca Kennedy, for the past six years, helping them fine-tune how they fuel for performance and recovery.

More recently, Dr. Schehr joined the Peloton Cross Training Team as its nutrition expert, bringing her clinical expertise directly into one of the platform’s most active community groups. Her work spans macronutrient timing, fueling strategies, and the relationship between diet and athletic performance, exactly the kind of depth that makes RK and J Off Script a different kind of event from a standard fitness appearance.

Rebecca Kennedy and Dr. Jaime Schehr: A Partnership Already in Motion

RK and J Off Script did not come out of nowhere. Kennedy and Dr. Schehr have already shared a stage together. In March 2026, the two appeared on a panel at the SHE Media Co-Lab during Peloton’s SXSW 2026 presence, leading a session titled “Persistence, Grace, and the Leaderboard: Finding Your Power in Perimenopause.” That appearance placed them in front of a women’s health audience at one of the year’s highest-visibility cultural gatherings, tackling a topic that sits squarely at the intersection of fitness, nutrition, and long-term health.

Kennedy’s off-platform presence extends further. Earlier this year she led classes and a 5K at the SHE Media Co-Lab as part of Peloton’s SXSW activation, and she was at the center of a major cross-platform fitness and music collaboration with Sofi Tukker and Spotify. The Clip Out also named her in this year’s Peloton Instructor Superlatives 2026, where she earned the Best Celebrity Lookalike nod for her resemblance to actress Lily Rabe.

RK and J Off Script is the natural next step. Kennedy and Dr. Schehr have already demonstrated what their dynamic looks like in a live setting. Now they are building a series around it, on their own terms, in smaller rooms, with direct access for the people who show up.

What to Expect at the First RK and J Off Script Event

Attendees can expect an intimate evening built around conversation, questions, and community. The event includes lite bites, beverages, and photo opportunities with Kennedy and Dr. Schehr. The small guest list is deliberate. This is not a production. It is a real gathering with a tight capacity and a format that makes direct access to both women part of the experience.

The venue, Suma Life House in Greenwich, fits the intention. It is a wellness-focused space that supports the tone Kennedy and Dr. Schehr have set for the series. For anyone with genuine questions about training, nutrition, recovery, or longevity, the RK and J Off Script format is designed for exactly that kind of conversation to happen.

Peloton members who want to understand how to get more from their health beyond the classes themselves will find this format valuable. Kennedy brings the movement expertise and Dr. Schehr brings the clinical side, covering fueling, recovery, and the habits that make long-term consistency possible. Together they have been doing this work for years. RK and J Off Script is simply the first time they are doing it in a room with you.

How to Get Tickets to RK and J Off Script

The Greenwich event is women-only, and the invitation is simple: grab your best friend and come with questions. Capacity is limited, and tickets are available now through the official RK and J Off Script ticketing page. Given the small format, spots are expected to go quickly.
