Peloton’s HiLit+ Collection: Q & A and What to Know

The HiLit+ Collection Is Live!

Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ Collection Week 1

Rebecca Kennedy’s HiLit+ Training Plan officially began July 6, 2026, and the new HiLit+ Collection is now live on Peloton. The collection is beginning to fill with new classes. They are added daily as the seven-week program unfolds. Each class is labelled Week (W) x Day (D) so that members can come back to the training plan at any time and follow along in order.

The collection description keeps things simple: high intensity, low impact, and built to do anywhere. Kennedy designed the plan to build muscle, improve conditioning, and increase stability, and Peloton confirms new classes drop on demand every Monday through Friday at 12 AM ET, 5 AM BST. HiLit+ will present new daily content from July 6 through August 21.

Members can (and should) join the HiLit Team inside the Peloton app to track progress and connect with others doing the plan alongside them.

Week 1 Schedule at a Glance

Monday, July 6: A 5-minute full body warm up, a 5-minute full body stretch, 30 minutes of lower body strength (W1D1), and 10 minutes of low impact cardio (W1D1).

Tuesday, July 7: A 45-minute power walk (W1D2).

Wednesday, July 8: 30 minutes of upper body strength (W1D3) followed by 15 minutes of low impact cardio (W1D3).

Thursday, July 9: 30 minutes of Pilates (W1D4) and a 20-minute easy walk (W1D4).

Friday, July 10: 30 minutes of lower body strength (W1D5) and 20 minutes of low impact cardio (W1D5).

That structure lines up with what Kennedy has said about this round of the program: it’s less about adding more workouts and more about building the capacity to handle what’s already on the calendar. She even spoke on her IG story Monday to strongly suggest that members really stick with her plan so as not to wear themselves out too soon.  It can be hard to hold back though, as some on Reddit noted, they are still planning to do their regular routines and just add the HiLit+ Collection classes on top.

Your HiLit+ Questions, Answered

Between Reddit, the new Peloton HiLit+ Team, and various Facebook Groups, we are seeing members with lots of questions. Here are the most common:

Is HiLit+ found in Collections or under Programs? Collections. The HiLit+ Collection sits in the same spot the original HiLit plan did, which also makes it available on smart TVs. It is not currently organized as a formal Program within the app. Anecdotally, it may be spoken of as a program (with a lowercase “p”) because it’s so prescribed, but, it is a “training plan” per Peloton’s own language. It’s structured programming, but not a Peloton Program.

What time do new HiLit+ classes drop? Midnight Eastern, 5 AM BST, Monday through Friday, for the full seven weeks.

I checked Collections right after midnight and the new class isn’t there yet. What’s going on? New classes do technically post the night before at midnight Eastern, but they don’t always appear inside the Collection immediately, especially in the very early morning hours. If a class hasn’t shown up in Collections yet, go to All On Demand Classes and filter by Rebecca Kennedy. New classes typically show up there first before Peloton adds them into the Collection view.

Where can I find the trackers and tools to stay organized? In addition to Rebecca’s own IG, we’ve got all the official HiLit+ resources you need here on The Clip Out! Go to this page and download everything you need: theclipout.com/hilit-training-plan-resources/

What if I fall behind and can’t finish every class in the plan? That’s normal, and it’s fine. Not everyone completes every single class in a program like this, and there’s no penalty for working at your own pace. Do what fits your week and pick back up where you left off.

Can I swap a walk for a run, or a run for a walk? Yes. Kennedy has already built outdoor walks into this version of the program for the summer stretch, and the plan is meant to flex around your fitness level and schedule. If a session calls for a walk and you’d rather run, or the reverse, make the swap that keeps you consistent. Consistency, not exact class-for-class compliance, is the goal.

How do I know when to turn around in the Outdoor Walks if I am doing an “out and back” loop? I’ve never taken Peloton Outdoor! Don’t worry, all Peloton Outdoor classes include the instructor telling you when to turn around halfway, based on time. No need to watch your watch, let them guide you.

Rebecca Kennedy’s HiLit programming has consistently been one of Peloton’s most completed offerings, and early signs point to HiLit+ following that same pattern. Are you ready to go?
