The 3-week German-language program from Peloton kicked off April 27 with rides, runs, full body training, meditation, mobility, and core.

Peloton’s Frühlings-Fit spring fitness program is officially underway, bringing a three-week structured training plan to members starting April 27. The program features the full roster of Peloton’s German-language instructors across a wide range of disciplines, and Week 1 is now live with classes spanning rides, runs, full body training, meditation, mobility, and core.

Peloton describes it in the app as “a training plan like no other, with all German trainers in live classes on the Bike, Tread, and the Mat,” with Week 1 opening on the mat with Erik and Nico.

If you have been following along, The Clip Out reported on this program ahead of its launch, noting it would follow the same general structure as the English-language Live Cross Training Program that debuted on April 13. Now that it is live, here is everything members need to know.

What the Frühlings-Fit Spring Fitness Program Includes

The Frühlings-Fit spring fitness program is organized around a daily training schedule structured by week and training day. It covers a broad mix of Peloton disciplines, from rides and runs to stretching and meditation, with both live sessions and on-demand content giving members flexibility in how they participate.

The program runs three weeks total, with Week 1 ending May 1. Weeks 2 and 3 schedules will follow. Members can also sign up for the Frühlings-Fit Challenge to earn a program badge by completing 16 classes before May 17.

How to Access the Frühlings-Fit Spring Fitness Program and the Challenge Badge

The Frühlings-Fit spring fitness program is available through the Peloton app, and it is not limited to members in Germany or German-speaking regions. Members can browse all available Peloton classes at onepeloton.com/classes. Live classes appear in the standard class schedule, and on-demand sessions are accessible starting at the listed times. The program badge is tied to the Frühlings-Fit Challenge, which runs through May 17 and requires 16 completed classes to earn.

The Frühlings-Fit spring fitness program is a strong opportunity for any Peloton member curious about the German instructor team to experience their coaching style firsthand.  For members who do not speak German, we hope Peloton adds closed caption support in additional languages so the language barrier does not limit anyone from participating fully.

For broader context on how Peloton has expanded its German-language programming, the Peloton German Cross Training Program article covers the full backstory, and the Frühlings-Fit Challenge announcement has details on the badge requirements.
