Dr. Jaime Schehr HiLit+ Debut Adds 20 Years of Proven Care

Role Explained

PelotonStudios announced the addition directly inside the community, welcoming her aboard under her Instagram handle, @DrJaimeND. Throughout the program, she will share practical guidance on nutrition, recovery, hydration, and healthy habits. The stated goal is helping members build sustainable habits that last well beyond the program itself. The plan follows Peloton’s high intensity, low impact training format, pairing strength and cardio with the kind of fueling strategy a Peloton nutrition expert is built to deliver.

This is not her first Peloton role. She joined the Peloton Cross Training Team in a nutrition capacity back in May, and has reportedly worked behind the scenes with instructors including Rebecca Kennedy, Cody Rigsby, Emma Lovewell, and Matt Wilpers on fueling and recovery strategy. As a Peloton nutrition expert, she holds credentials as a naturopathic doctor, registered dietitian, and certified dietitian nutritionist, with more than 20 years in the field.

In her introductory post to the team, she framed Week 1 around building consistency, pointing members toward three priorities: prioritizing protein, eating fiber with every meal, and staying hydrated. She also invited members to answer directly in the comments, asking what habit they wanted to focus on over the coming seven weeks and what nutrition questions they wanted answered, a format she has continued using to field member questions throughout the program.

Peloton Nutrition Expert Draws Strong Community Support

The announcement drew a big response, pulling more than 1,000 combined reactions, including 859 likes. That kind of engagement signals how much appetite members have for nutrition guidance layered on top of a structured training plan, and it shows early momentum for the Dr. Jaime Schehr HiLit+ pairing as the program continues.

What the Dr. Jaime Schehr HiLit+ Addition Signals

Adding a dedicated nutrition voice fits the pattern Peloton has followed all year, pairing its cross training push with real coaching on the fueling side, not just the workouts. This appointment extends a relationship she has already built with Kennedy and other instructors, and it strengthens the credibility of a Peloton nutrition expert working directly inside a community members are already using. Expect more as the program continues through its current cycle.
