Camila Ramon Maybelline Half Marathon Playlist: A Triumphant Finish and the Songs That Got Her There
The Camila Ramón Maybelline Half Marathon Playlist: What She Was Running To

Camila Ramón just ran the Maybelline Half Marathon in New York City and she curated a Spotify playlist titled “Women’s half” specifically for this race. It has already drawn over 1,090 saves from other users. The selection reflects a high energy, momentum building approach to long distance running. Tracks from the playlist include:
- “The Next Episode” Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg
- “You Can Do It” Ice Cube, Mack 10, Ms. Toi
- “KILL DEM” Jamie xx
- “Ring My Bell (Pim Umenzi Radio Edit)” Nothing But Funk, Syndel, Pim Umenzi
- “Dale Don Dale” Phebo, Blow (ITA)
- “Intro (Rework) Remix” Vintage Culture, Bruno Be, Öwnboss, Ashibad
You can view and open the playlist in Spotify below:
Ramón has made the playlist available for anyone to stream (above), framing it as a resource her community can use for their own training. The title “Women’s half” speaks to both the race itself and the broader community of women working toward endurance goals.
This is consistent with how Ramón has approached Spotify more broadly. She previously landed her own individual Spotify partnership, promoting the platform’s tools for workout use something we covered in detail in our piece on Robin Arzón and Camila Ramon’s Spotify deals. The race-day playlist is a natural extension of that relationship with the platform.
It is also worth noting that the Peloton Spotify connection just expanded significantly. On April 27, 2026, Peloton announced a global partnership placing more than 1,400 classes inside Spotify’s newly launched fitness category, available to Spotify Premium subscribers in most countries where Spotify operates, spanning Strength, Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Stretching, Meditation, Floor Cardio, and Outdoor content in English, Spanish, and German. Ramón’s race playlist and that broader Peloton Spotify partnership are now part of the same growing story about where these two platforms are headed together.

The Race: Team Maybelline and 13.1 Miles Through Central Park
The Maybelline Women’s Half Marathon, hosted by nonprofit New York Road Runners, celebrated its 20th running with approximately 5,000 women tackling 13.1 miles through Central Park’s terrain. Running with Team Maybelline were content creator and period-poverty advocate Nadya Okamoto, Sportsish founder Lily Shimbashi, and Peloton’s own Camila Ramon.
Ramón’s split data showed a runner who got stronger as the miles added up. She opened at 8:58 for mile one and was consistently running in the 7-minute range by miles 9 through 13, with her fastest miles landing at 7:19 and 7:22. That kind of negative split is exactly what disciplined cross-training builds.

She Also Tested Maybelline’s SuperStay Matte Ink for the Full 13.1 Miles
Ramón wore Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink in the shade “Charmer” from start line to finish line and shared post-race that it held up through the entire race. As a Team Maybelline partner, putting the product through a real race was a fitting way to represent the brand. The verdict was clear: “Charmer” passed the half marathon test.

The Comeback Behind the Finish Line
This race meant more than a debut. Ramón was previously sidelined from racing by an accessory navicular diagnosis, a condition involving an extra bone on the inner side of the foot, which forced her to step back from an earlier planned half marathon. We covered the full backstory and her training approach in our earlier piece on Camila Ramón’s half marathon debut, which is worth a read if you want the complete picture. Her training included three runs per week alongside cycling sessions, plus consistent strength training and yoga throughout, with a stated goal of getting stronger and not smaller.
Ramón drew on that full range of Peloton classes and more in her preparation, and her April 26 result reflects what that kind of well rounded training produces.
And she looked amazing and had the great tunes to carry her through! What hypes you up for a race like this?
