The Peloton yoga, meditation, and Pilates instructor heads to Rhinebeck, New York, for a weekend built around mindful living.

The Aditi Shah workshop is official. Peloton’s yoga, meditation, and Pilates instructor is taking her practice off the Peloton screen and into Rhinebeck, New York, for a three day program at Omega Institute running October 9 through 11, 2026.

What the Aditi Shah Workshop Covers

Titled “Coming Home to Yourself,” the Aditi Shah workshop centers on mindfulness that extends beyond a daily sit and into work, relationships, and everyday decision-making. According to the workshop description, participants will examine their relationship with themselves across past, present, and future, and build a values-aligned way of living that holds up outside a retreat setting. Sessions run Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, with tuition starting at $365 for Omega members and $410 for standard registration. Lodging is booked separately and ranges from dorm and tent cabin options to private rooms.

Shah shared the news on Instagram, telling followers “nothing makes me happier than time with this community,” and adding that her DMs are open for questions ahead of the weekend. The post frames the sessions around a nervous system reset and reconciling past and present. If you’ve meditated with Aditi on Peloton, you can imagine how this will be a very valuable experience.

Coming off of her summertime silent retreat experience, we also can’t help but wonder if she’ll be incorporating some of the lessons she  learned there in this teaching.

A Familiar Setting for Group Teaching

Shah is no stranger to off-platform, in-person instruction. Before joining Peloton, she was recognized as one of New York City’s top instructors and even led a live class of more than 2,000 people in Times Square. She joined Peloton in 2018 as the platform’s first yoga and meditation instructor, tasked with building that programming from scratch.

The Omega workshop adds to what has already been a busy stretch of visibility beyond Peloton’s own programming. Shah has moderated a fireside chat with actress Olivia Munn at Harvard, and appeared on a wellness panel at Cannes Lions, among other off-platform endeavors. The Omega workshop marks her most direct, hands-on format yet this year.

About Omega Institute

Omega Institute describes itself as a hub for lifelong learning and spiritual exploration, offering workshops across six learning paths that include Body, Mind, Spirit and Health & Healing. The Rhinebeck, New York campus has hosted wellness and mindfulness programming for decades, making it a natural fit for Shah’s focus on sustainable, everyday practice.

Registration for the “Coming Home to Yourself” Aditi Shah workshop at Omega is open now.
