Zacharias Niedzwiecki Steps Out With Antoni Porowski
Zacharias Niedzwiecki Is Thriving Both On and Off the Mat
Zacharias Niedzwiecki, Peloton instructor and yoga and strength coach, has had a breakout run since joining the platform in late 2025. His classes are drawing real attention. His social media presence is stopping people mid-scroll. And his relationship with Emmy-winning Queer Eye star Antoni Porowski has turned both of them into one of the most-watched couples in the fitness and food world right now. As Pride Month 2026 kicks off, there is a lot to celebrate here.

Who Is Zacharias Niedzwiecki?
Zacharias is a Chicago-based yoga teacher, personal trainer, and nutritionist with more than 500 hours of certification across vinyasa and weighted flow. He describes himself as an “athletic-forward yogi” who treats yoga as a strength workout, carving a lane of power-focused practice designed to help athletes reach the next level of conditioning. That background also includes an unexpected one: he trained as an on-stage opera performer, and that experience directly shapes his breathwork in teaching.
Before Peloton, he built a strong reputation in Chicago’s fitness community, working in studio and private coaching settings. Before joining the Peloton roster, he established a formidable presence in Chicago specifically within yoga and kettlebell disciplines. When he made his platform debut in December 2025, it was clear this was not his first time commanding a room.
How Zacharias Fit Into the Peloton Ecosystem
Zacharias joined Peloton alongside Greta Dopp and Johanna Ricouz, three new instructors brought in to expand the yoga roster and introduce a new class type called Sculpt Flow. His premiere yoga class dropped on December 4, 2025, a power yoga flow that set an immediate tone. He did not stay in one lane for long. In January 2026, Peloton officially announced Zacharias as the newest addition to the strength roster, adding kettlebell strength classes to his teaching schedule. The premiere strength class, covered in full by The Clip Out, drew nearly 500 members live on the leaderboard and earned genuine enthusiasm from fellow instructors who showed up to support him.
Off the platform, his Instagram Reels have become a draw in their own right. The 2026 Peloton Instructor Superlatives, written by Nikki Smith for The Clip Out, captured it precisely: on the platform and especially off it via his Instagram Reels, Zacharias has a way of stopping you completely mid-scroll, mid-thought, mid-sentence. The flows are hypnotic. That organic stop-you-in-your-tracks quality reflects an instructor who understands how to translate movement into something worth watching, whether you are in the class or stumbling across it on your phone.
Zacharias is confirmed as the Day 1 headliner for Faces of Fitness Chicago 2026, leading an advanced heated power vinyasa session called “Flow State: Animal Yoga Flow” on Saturday, July 25. The Clip Out covered that confirmation here. He is a four-time headliner at the festival, a track record that predates his Peloton tenure and signals the kind of deep community investment he brings to live events.
Zacharias Niedzwiecki and Antoni Porowski: A Relationship Built in Public
The couple’s origin story has the feel of something people will be recounting for a while. A source confirmed to Us Weekly that Zacharias and Antoni have been dating since early 2025, with their first public moment coming on June 30 of that year when Zacharias posted a carousel from their trip yachting through the Mediterranean Sea. The formal hard launch came in August 2025, when Antoni posted a photo dump from Traverse City, Michigan, with the caption “pro-tip: find a local to show u around Traverse City,” a playful nod to his Midwestern boyfriend. Zacharias called Antoni “my guy” in one post, before joking about their constant travel: “I swear I have a job…”
They spent the rest of 2025 documenting their relationship the way people who are genuinely happy tend to: by just living it. From Midwestern escapes to Montauk, Aspen, and London, the couple built their early chapters one trip at a time. By January 2026, Zacharias marked their one-year anniversary with a photo carousel and the caption: “A year captured in moments together. I can’t wait for all the years to come.”
As Queerty reported in a piece by Johnny Lopez published May 14, 2026, the couple has been extremely busy professionally throughout their time together. Queer Eye wrapped its 10-season run on Netflix in January, and Antoni has leaned into brand partnerships, appearing in campaigns for Peroni, Loblaws, and a widely-noticed SAXX underwear campaign. Zacharias, for his part, has continued his work at Peloton and has become one of the faces of the brand, appearing in videos for the company as well.
Brands Are Paying Attention Too
After over a year together, the couple has taken a step that can be genuinely tricky: going into business together. As Queerty’s coverage of the pair detailed, Antoni and Zacharias are now appearing in joint campaigns, using their relationship as the focal point.
In an ad for DoorDash, the pair gives a glimpse inside what appears to be their actual New York City home, relaxed on the couch with their dog Neon, working out where to eat before deciding on a date night at a local spot. The clip ends with them back home, in matching tanks, eating pints of ice cream that Antoni quietly ordered through the app. The production value is high. The vibe feels real.

A separate campaign for Boss’s Summer Club pop-up in Miami captured a different dimension of them. In that clip, Antoni orders room service and calls down to Zacharias, who is mid-inverted yoga pose. The ad threads together Antoni’s love of food, Zacharias’s actual yoga practice, and their shared appetite for travel, hitting genuine notes in both their lives rather than manufacturing a persona for the camera.
The Queerty piece put it well: if they continue using their relationship for brand work, it may be the closest thing fans get to a reality show about the two of them, unless of course someone makes one. The full Queerty coverage from Johnny Lopez is here.

Antoni’s New Show and a Peloton Connection Worth Watching
The next chapter for Antoni is already in motion. National Geographic has greenlighted a four-part travel docuseries called Best of the World with Antoni Porowski, premiering in 2026 on National Geographic and streaming on Disney+ and Hulu. The series follows him through Paris, Mexico City, London, and New York City, exploring food, wellness, places to stay, and the hidden corners of each city. It premieres on National Geographic on June 7 at 9/8c, with all episodes streaming the next day on Disney+ and Hulu.
Queerty noted that fans are already hoping Zacharias turns up in an episode or two. Given that the show covers wellness as one of its pillars, and that Zacharias is, by profession, someone who teaches yoga and strength to a global audience, the overlap is not hard to imagine.
My own speculation goes even further… with Disney content available on Peloton Entertainment, this dream crossover sounds even more possible!
Pride Month 2026 and What Zacharias Brings to the Celebration
Peloton is marking Pride Month 2026 with dedicated programming, and Zacharias is a big part of that picture. Peloton has arranged an invite-only yoga flow with Zacharias in celebration of Pride Month, and the class is not open for general registration. For the full scope of what Peloton has planned for Pride Month, The Clip Out’s coverage is here.
Zacharias landing as one of Peloton’s newest and most visible instructors during Pride Month is a moment worth sitting with. He came to Peloton as a certified 500-hour yoga teacher, personal trainer, and nutritionist, with a social media presence that had already been turning heads for his work blending yoga and kettlebells. He has delivered on that promise on the mat and in the strength studio. The community has responded. And heading into summer, with Faces of Fitness Chicago in July and Antoni’s Disney+ show now live, both of them are having a very good moment.
