Mental Health Awareness Month Continues
We’ve still got a few weeks left in Mental Health Awareness Month, and Peloton is keeping the content coming all month long. Hop on the Bike, Tread, Row and mat this week for special classes honoring Mental Health Awareness with Jermaine Johnson, Anna Greenberg, Kendall Toole and Ash Pryor. Check out the schedule to see what’s happening live, and remember, there’s a Mental Health collection that you can tap into anytime to focus on turn inward, connect with your feelings and find a supportive community.
Body Ody Ody Appreciation
Speaking of mental health, one way to cultivate this is by having gratitude for the things that make you uniquely you, such as your body. Celebrate your body and all it can do with a 30-minute Body Appreciation Ride led by Leanne Hainsby. This ride will take place live Tuesday, May 21 at 1:30 p.m. ET/6:30 p.m. BST.
New Yin Yoga Series
Attention all yogis! Peloton is launching a new Yin Yoga series called Creating Space that combines real conversations with deep stretching. The classes will be led by Kirra Michel and feature special guest instructors. Tune in Tuesday, May 21 at 6:30 ET for a new episode featuring Kirsten Ferguson.
Claim Your Meditation Challenge Badge
There’s still time to earn your badge for the May Meditation Challenge! All you have to do is meditate at least 10 times this month, and with lots of 5-minute options, this is more approachable than it may appear. And if this kind of challenge appeals to you, stay tuned! Peloton is teasing regular monthly Meditation and Yoga Challenges starting in June.
