Looking to spice up your workout this week? Check out these four new options from Peloton.

Low Impact Cardio

If you want to get your heart pumping while taking it easy on your body, the new Low Impact Cardio classes may be for you. Taught by Callie Gullickson, the first class will be on demand Fri., Jan. 26 at 10 a.m. ET.  These classes join Rebecca Kennedy‘s growing collection of low impact cardio.

Strength Benchmark Classes

Keep track of your hard-earned gains with new Strength Benchmark classes, featuring a benchmark segment you can return to again and again. Robin Arzon will teach a live 20-minute full body strength class on Tues., Jan. 23 at 9:30 a.m. ET, and a 20-minute bodyweight class taught by Andy Speer will drop on demand at that same time.

The Chelsea Set: Focus Flows

Good news for yogis who love The Chelsea Set, taught by the excellent Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts! Two new Focus Flows that build on the set’s signature poses will be available on demand Fri., Jan. 26 at 4 p.m. ET.  Not sure what The Chelsea Set is all about? New German Classes

Peloton continues to expand its German Collection, and German users will get even more content this week. Check out German-dubbed Pilates and Shadowboxing on demand Fri., Jan. 26 at 9:30 a.m. CET. More content is on deck for the following day; a new 30-minute Tread Bootcamp taught by Marcel Maurer will drop on demand Sat., Jan. 27 at 9:30 a.m. CET.
