It’s a new week at Peloton, and you know what that means! New content to spice up your workout routine, including a new class type and a special celebration. Let’s take a look at what’s new this week.

Get Your Groove On

Love a long ride with plenty of dance breaks? Check this class out – a full hour of Groove on the Bike with Emma Lovewell is happening this Wed., April 24 at 5:30 ET. Check it out live or on demand shortly thereafter.

Rest and Recover

There’s nothing like a good stretch class to help your body recover from all the hard work you put in. This week, treat yourself to a 20-minute Full Body Stretch with Hannah Corbin, available on demand now.

New Class Type: Intervals & Arms Row

The always-popular Intervals & Arms class is coming soon to the Row! Join Katie Wang for the first-ever Intervals & Arms Row, a 20-minute class happening live on Thurs., April 25 at 6 a.m. ET (not a typo, sorry, it’s really that early). This class mixes rowing intervals with free weight sections for an efficient full body workout.

Celebrate Earth Day

Happy Earth Day, Peloton fam! To honor the day, Peloton has released new English, German and Spanish Earth Day classes with Charlotte Weidenbach, Denis Morton, Jermaine Johnson, Kirra Michel, Mariana Fernandez, Nico Sarani and Tobias Heinze. Check them out on demand now.
