TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (10/9/2024)
Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s favorite Peloton classes:
1.10/06/2024 30 Minute Low Impact Class with Ben Alldis
2.10 Minute Play Date: Full Body Stretch with Adrian Williams and Matt Wilpers
3.09/05/2024 60 Minute Endurance Run with Mariana Fernandez
4. 09/30/2024 30 Minute Post Malone Walk+Run with Logan Aldridge
5. 02/18/2024 20 Minute Core Strength with Rebecca Kennedy
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Ride
10/06/2024 30 Minute Low Impact Class with Ben Alldis
Nancy Nilson recommended this class saying it was “a lot of fun. It was the ‘Greatest Hits” from the All For One classes, and I sang along to every song.” What could be better than the best of all of the All For One featured artists, plus a nice ride in the saddle, which makes this ride accessible for everyone.
2. Favorite Stretch
10 Minute Play Date: Full Body Stretch with Adrian Williams and Matt Wilpers
Marie KBurdick nominated this class, saying “This is the instructor combo I never knew I needed. They are funny together.” Carrie McGilbery Logan also nominated this class, saying “This is a fun idea, and these two have great rapport. I enjoyed it.” Adrian and Matt make this class all about movement and human connection – and their connection is great! This class can be done with a partner or by yourself (in which case, your partner is a wall – seriously!) You can read all about the other Play Date classes in our article , where we break down this fun nod to better mental health, part of Peloton’s partnership with lululemon.
3. Favorite Run
09/05/2024 60 Minute Endurance Run with Mariana Fernandez
Cindi Stuart nominated this class, saying she “loved the structure with a steady pace and occasional low hills and Mariana’s commentary. My favorite part was her announcing that she FINALLY snagged a permanent spot on the tread and seeing her parents running with her in the studio. I had no idea her mom has qualified for Boston every year for 35 years!” This class has 53 minutes of steady running, up hill, down hill, and flat road – a great challenge for any runner.
4. Favorite Walk+Run
09/30/2024 30 Minute Post Malone Walk+Run with Logan Aldridge
Becky Kithcart Gomez loved this walk+run. She said “I woke up not feeling that great so I chose a class that would not be too strenuous. But I felt so good at the end of the class that I ended up doing another 20 minute run! The playlist was great and Logan was engaging and full of fun facts about Post Malone.” What could be better than learning some great trivia while you get an amazing workout!
5. Favorite Unstackable Strength Class
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
02/18/2024 20 Minute Core Strength with Rebecca Kennedy
Our Unstackable class was picked by Melissa Vincifora, who said it is her “latest core obsession – it’s so good and so hard!” Rebecca’s strength classes always bring the fire, and last week a 5 minute core class was one of our top 5 picks and was described as being “so hard” – so imagine what a 20 minute core class with Rebecca would do to your midsection! This class has 33 movements and only three minutes of warming up – that’s what we call a burner!
