TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (3/25/2024)

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite Peloton class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 2/3/24 30 min Intervals Ride with Mila Lazar
  2. 3/21/24 60 min Walk + Run with Jess Sims
  3. 3/21/24 60 min Endurance Run with Becs Gentry
  4. 3/24/24 45 min Intention Setting Walk with Kirsten Ferguson
  5. 9/23/23 90 min Pop Run with Susie Chan

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite, but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Peloton Ride

2/3/24 30 min Intervals Ride with Mila Lazar

Courtney Fields‘ favorite class this week came out of The Clip Out’s instructor bingo! She said, “Mila Lazar’s 30 minute intervals ride from 2/3/24. It’s in English and the workout structure is fantastic. I took this when Mila was a bingo call out and absolutely loved it. Her energy is amazing and the workout is very challenging. The time flew by and I bookmarked it because I will definitely take it again.”

Challenging is right–the last ten minutes of this class is killer (in the best way) with two climbs and a Tabata finisher. But with Mila’s playlist of vibrant electronic, dance, and bass-heavy tracks, you’ll have no problem crushing this class.

2. Favorite Peloton Walk + Run

3/21/24 60 min Walk + Run with Jess Sims

Grace West and Rebecca Allen both loved Jess Sims’ recent 60-minute Walk + Run for the programming and the music.

Grace said, “My favorite class was Jess Sim’s 60 min Walk+Run from 3/21/24. All the songs were 2 minutes long and each song alternated between a jog/run and an uphill walk. I loved that the class was tailored to all levels and there was no pressure to run fast. I was truly able to let my stress and worries fade away for the full hour. Highly recommend!”

Rebecca added, “Plus the music was excellent! And I loved that all the runs were at 2% incline and walks at 6%. Really loved this structure!”

The playlist is eclectic, confident, and dance-floor-ready with songs from the likes of Keke Palmer, Jack Harlow, and David Guetta.

3. Favorite Peloton Run

3/21/24 60 min Endurance Run with Becs Gentry

We received SO many votes for this one!

Vanessa Favell Seitz
said, “Becs Gentry’s 60 minute Tokyo recap run. Because of the emotion – oh the white confetti 🤍 and the stories and format and so many good people on the leaderboard 🙂”

Our very own Clip Out Crystal loved this class too! She said, “I second this! I took it today and it was amazing. Inspiring. Relatable. And a lot of heart.”

Becs tells the story of her most recent marathon and matches the playlist to the journey with energetic remixes like the KDA Remix of On a Roll by Ashley O and introspective ballads like Billie Eilish’s Ocean Eyes.

4. Favorite Peloton Walk

3/24/24 45 min Intention Setting Walk with Kirsten Ferguson

The post-race inspiration continues with Sarah Lester’s favorite pick of the week.

Sarah said, “Kirsten Ferguson’s 45 min intention setting walk from 3/24 was great. It was a recap of her NY 1/2 marathon experience mixed with her recovery from hip surgery. I don’t usually repeat classes but I’ll be doing this one again.”

Kirsten selected an inspirational playlist to go with her story, with songs covering a wide range of emotions—from faith and empowerment, with songs like Goodness of God by CeCe Winans and My Power by Beyoncé and friends, to love and celebration with songs like How Will I Know by Whitney Houston.

5. Favorite Unstackable Peloton Run

9/23/23 90 min Pop Run with Susie Chan

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

For this week’s Unstackable recommendation, we heard from Kathleen Conway. And while she didn’t specifically call this unstackable, it’s safe to say that 90 minutes is pretty much all most of us can handle!

Kathleen said, “Susie Chan’s 90 minute run from 9/23/23. Who knew that 90 minutes on a tread could be *enjoyable*?! Her calming presence and perfect amount of instruction and push made this a great class. I wish she could run next to me during my upcoming half. 🙂”

Thank you!
