Selena Samuela Tread Bootcamp Makes Long-Awaited Return

A 45 minute format members have been requesting for months is back on the schedule

The Selena Samuela Tread Bootcamp is returning to the Peloton live schedule on Tuesday, June 23 at 9 a.m. ET/ 6 a.m. PT, marking her first bootcamp class since August 11, 2025, and her first 45 minute Bootcamp class since August 1, 2024. The class will include Pace Targets, giving members a structured way to track effort throughout the session.

Samuela confirmed the news on Instagram, telling followers the class was coming together after a wave of direct messages asking when she would teach another Bootcamp. According to her post, members specifically requested the longer 45 minute format, and she built Tuesday’s class around that feedback.

Why the Selena Samuela Tread Bootcamp Return Matters Now

Samuela has been steadily rebuilding her live teaching schedule after returning from maternity leave following the December 2025 arrival of twin girls Stella and Frankie. Her return to the Peloton schedule began with strength and running formats. The addition of a full-length Tread Bootcamp class signals she’s continuing to expand back into the range of formats she taught before stepping away, including running, strength, shadowboxing, and outdoor classes.

The gap between bootcamp classes is notable on its own. Samuela last taught a Bootcamp class on August 11, 2025, and before that, the most recent 45 minute Bootcamp class was nearly a year earlier, on August 1, 2024. For members who have followed her teaching rotation closely, Tuesday’s class closes a long stretch without this specific class type and length combination.

What to Expect From the 45 Minute Bootcamp Class

Tread Bootcamp classes combine treadmill intervals with floor-based strength work, and the extended 45 minute format gives Samuela more room to build out both halves of that structure compared to her shorter bootcamp offerings. The class is scheduled live at 9 a.m. ET/ 6 a.m. PT on Tuesday, June 23, with Pace Targets enabled for members who want pacing guidance built into the run segments.

Members can find and favorite the Selena Samuela Tread Bootcamp class directly through the Peloton app schedule to add it to their calendar ahead of Tuesday’s live session. The class will also be available on demand afterward for anyone who cannot make the live time.

The direct response to member requests is consistent with how Samuela has approached her return so far. She has used Instagram regularly to ask her community what they want to see, then built classes around that input. Tuesday’s 45 minute Bootcamp class is the clearest example yet of that approach translating into a specific class on the schedule.
