Selena Samuela Live Classes Are Back With a Packed Schedule

Last Updated: May 4, 2026By Tags: , ,

The Peloton instructor is diving straight into a packed week of live classes after returning from maternity leave.

Selena Samuela live classes are officially back on the Peloton schedule, and she is not easing in slowly. Fresh off her return from maternity leave after welcoming twin girls Stella and Frankie in December 2025, Samuela has a full week of live classes lined up, capping it all off with a Mother’s Day special on Sunday.

If you missed the buildup to this week, The Clip Out covered her first live class announcement in detail, including the Instagram reel where she was caught prepping her class opening from home while still navigating new twin mom life.

This week, the Selena Samuela live classes span strength, outdoor running, and a Mother’s Day Walk + Run, giving members plenty of options across multiple formats.

What Selena Samuela Live Classes Are Scheduled This Week

Here is the full lineup pulled directly from Selena’s posted schedule and the Peloton app:

Thursday, May 7 1:30 PM ET | 30 min Upper Body Strength | Intermediate | Live

Saturday, May 9 10:30 AM ET | 45 min Outdoor Run Club | Live + Audio

Sunday, May 10 — Morning 10:00 AM ET | 30 min Full Body Strength | Intermediate | Live

Sunday, May 10 — Afternoon 2:00 PM ET | 30 min Mother’s Day Walk + Run | Live + Pace Targets

Four Selena Samuela live classes across three days is a strong opening week. The Sunday lineup in particular stands out, with back-to-back sessions that give members two very different ways to mark Mother’s Day on the platform.

Why the Mother’s Day Class Feels Meaningful

The 2:00 PM Mother’s Day Walk + Run on Sunday carries a little extra weight this year. Samuela is stepping back into Selena Samuela live classes for the first time since becoming a mom of three. She already had her son Torin, and the December arrival of twins Stella and Frankie made this return to the live studio a notable moment.

The Mother’s Day class offers members a chance to celebrate alongside her in real time, which is exactly the kind of shared moment the Peloton community is good at showing up for.

Selena Teaches Across the Full Platform

For members newer to Samuela’s content, her teaching range is broader than many realize. The Selena Samuela live classes scheduled this week represent just a slice of what she covers on the platform.

She teaches running, tread bootcamp, strength, shadowboxing, HIIT cardio, stretching, and outdoor classes. She also created Peloton’s first sport-specific training program, Strength for Golfers, a one-week program built around stability, power, and mobility for players at any level. If you want to explore more of her on-demand work while you wait for the next round of Selena Samuela live classes, she is also featured in Floor Bootcamp 2 alongside Jess Sims, a mat-based program that pairs bodyweight cardio with weighted strength training.

Outside of teaching, Samuela is actively training toward an Ironman goal she has set for herself by the end of 2026. The Clip Out has the full story on her half triathlon journey and what that plan looks like.

How to Find Her Classes in the App

Members can search Selena Samuela’s name directly in the Peloton app to find and favorite each of the upcoming Selena Samuela live classes. Setting a reminder ahead of the Thursday class is a good idea if you want to catch her first live session back without missing the notification.

The Saturday Outdoor Run Club includes an audio-only option, which makes it accessible whether you are on a treadmill, outside with your phone, or just prefer to run without a screen.

The Sunday morning Full Body Strength and the afternoon Mother’s Day Walk + Run are both solid options for members looking to close out the week with her. Whether you joined her community years ago or just found her through the buzz around her return, this is a good week to jump in.

Will you be joining Selena for one of her Mother’s Day classes on Sunday?
