Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp Returns With a 5th Class

Mariana Fernández Adds a 5th Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp Class

The 45-minute class is her first Run + Flow release since the summer series and now lives in the Run + Flow collection

Mariana Fernández is back with a new Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp class, and it is the first one released outside her original four-class series. The 45 min Run + Flow class premiered Wednesday, October 28 at 12:00 AM ET and now sits alongside her earlier classes in the Run + Flow collection.

The release confirms the Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp did not end when the summer series wrapped. Members who finished all four classes have a new one to take, and members who skipped the series have a clear place to start.

How the Original Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp Series Rolled Out

Fernández built the original Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp series around four 45-minute classes released every other Friday at 12:00 AM ET. The first arrived June 5, followed by June 19, July 3, and the finale on July 17. The Clip Out covered the premiere in our look at the Run + Flow series launch, and again when Run + Flow Class 4 closed out the series.

Each Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp class pairs a treadmill run with a mat-based yoga flow in a single session. Series thumbnails show Fernández moving from the Tread to the mat and using yoga blocks for supported stretches and recovery postures. The format draws on both sides of her background: decades as a runner and more than 11 years as a yoga teacher, according to her Peloton instructor profile.

What’s New in the October 28 Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp Class

The new class keeps the same 45-minute length and the same Tread Bootcamp category as the original four. It also carries the same title, 45 min Run + Flow, so members browsing the Tread Bootcamp library will see five classes with matching names. The release date is the quickest way to tell them apart.

The timing is different, though. Every class in the original series landed on a Friday, and this one arrived on a Wednesday. Nothing in the class listing indicates whether more classes will follow on a set schedule.

The setting changed as well. The new class was filmed against a purple-lit backdrop. The summer series thumbnails show the blue studio lighting members will recognize from the first four classes.

Where to Find the Run + Flow Collection

Members can find the new class in two places in the Peloton app. It sits in the Run + Flow collection alongside all four series classes, and it also appears in the Tread Bootcamp category with the rest of Fernández’s Tread Bootcamp classes.

Members new to the Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp can start with the June 5 class and work forward in order. Members who already know the format can go straight to the October 28 class.

Because each class covers running and recovery in one workout, the Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp suits members who already split their week across Tread, Yoga, and Stretching classes. It combines two separate sessions into one 45-minute block.

Run + Flow Beyond the Tread

The format has already reached members outside the app. This summer, Fernández brought Run + Flow to a Peloton Studios New York community event, where members ran the West Side Highway together and spent time with her afterward.

A fifth Run + Flow Tread Bootcamp class shows the format has room to grow past its original summer run. Members who finished the series now have a new class to add to their rotation, and anyone starting fresh has five 45-minute options in the Run + Flow collection.
