Run and Flow Class 4

Peloton Run and Flow Class 4 Closes Out the Series July 17

Mariana Fernandez previews the final class in her treadmill and yoga series, landing July 17

Peloton Run and Flow Class 4 arrives Friday, July 17, closing out a four-class series of 45-minute Tread Bootcamp classes that pair treadmill running with yoga recovery. The release also gives members a reason to revisit the first three classes, which dropped June 5, June 19, and July 3, before the new session lands.

Fernandez confirmed the date on Instagram, encouraging members to come back to those earlier classes to build out their toolkit ahead of Peloton Run and Flow Class 4. She framed the series as a place to take what works and leave what doesn’t, a philosophy that has carried through each biweekly release so far.

  • Class 1: Friday, June 5 at 12:00 AM ET / 9:00 PM PT (Thursday)
  • Class 2: Friday, June 19 at 12:00 AM ET / 9:00 PM PT (Thursday)
  • Class 3: Friday, July 3 at 12:00 AM ET / 9:00 PM PT (Thursday)
  • Class 4: Friday, July 17 at 12:00 AM ET / 9:00 PM PT (Thursday)

What Mariana Fernandez Says About Peloton Run and Flow Class 4

In the announcement, Fernandez described what she wants members to carry into the new class. “I get a lot of joy in this run,” she said. “We got to dig deep and find some grit to work hard.” She tied that effort directly to trust, saying it comes down to “trusting in your ability, about trusting in your movement, trusting that your breath is there to guide you.”

That message extends to the mental side of training as well. She said the work is also about “trusting your mind to know where to go,” a theme that has run through the series since her earliest Tread work pairing miles with mat-based yoga recovery.

Fernandez closed her announcement with a reminder aimed at members who compare themselves to others on the leaderboard. She said members can run next to someone else, but the feet moving and the body being cared for belong to them alone. That framing sets up Peloton Run and Flow Class 4 as a personal checkpoint rather than a competitive one, built on the same trust and consistency she has coached since class one.

Members can find Peloton Run and Flow Class 4 as a 45-minute Tread Bootcamp class on demand starting July 17, searchable in the Peloton app or in the Run+Flow Collection once it releases.
