Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ seven-week training plan schedule

Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ Schedule Revealed Ahead of July 6

Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ Adds a Seventh Week and a Shopping List Before July 6 Launch

The final details are in, from the week-by-week breakdown to the gear Kennedy is packing for it

The Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ Plan launches July 6, and Peloton has released the complete seven-week schedule alongside a training essentials list from Kennedy herself. Between the structured breakdown shared on Instagram and a companion post detailing her personal gear picks, members now have everything they need to plan for the relaunch before class one drops.

The Clip Out has been tracking Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ news since the earliest rumors of a summer follow-up surfaced in March, through the official June 12 announcement confirming a “new format, same all-out energy.” This week’s release fills in the last piece of the puzzle, once we knew it was coming back to great fanfare: exactly what each day of training looks like, start to finish.

The Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ Seven-Week Class Breakdown

The new schedule, titled “The HiLit+ Training Plan with Rebecca Kennedy,” extends the program from the original four weeks to six full build weeks, followed by a dedicated deload week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are strength days, each pairing Full Body Strength work with a Low Impact Cardio finisher. Tuesday is reserved for an Outdoor Power Walk, and Thursday combines Pilates with an Outdoor Easy Walk.

  • Week 1: 30-minute Full Body Strength plus Low Impact Cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 45-minute Outdoor Power Walk on Tuesday. 30-minute Pilates and a 20-minute Outdoor Easy Walk on Thursday.
  • Week 2: Strength sessions extend to 45 minutes across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday’s walk grows to a full hour. Thursday’s Pilates class extends to 45 minutes.
  • Week 3: Strength holds at 45 minutes. Jump Training is introduced on Wednesday alongside strength work. Thursday’s Pilates scales back to 30 minutes with a longer 30-minute Outdoor Easy Walk.
  • Week 4: Same structure as Week 3, with Jump Training continuing on Wednesday and Thursday’s Pilates and walk lengths holding steady.
  • Week 5: Pilates on Thursday returns to 45 minutes. Jump Training continues on Wednesday. Strength and cardio pairings remain consistent across the week.
  • Week 6: The final build week. Strength, Jump Training, and Pilates all hold at their peak volumes before the program tapers.
  • Week 7 (Deload): Monday and Thursday shift to 20-minute Recovery sessions. Tuesday and Friday become 45-minute Easy Walks. Wednesday closes the program with a single 30-minute Full Body Strength class.

This structure builds directly on what made the original Rebecca Kennedy HiLit Training Plan work. That four-week version drew more than 400,000 participants in a single quarter and helped drive a 48 percent year-over-year jump in Pilates engagement, according to Peloton’s Q3 FY2026 earnings report.

What Kennedy Is Packing for HiLit+

Kennedy also posted a training essentials roundup on Instagram, framed around what she personally uses to prepare for a program like this one. The post is explicit that none of it is required to participate. Everything listed sits in her Amazon storefront, linked in her bio and directly here.

The list breaks into four categories. Training gear centers on weighted vests, with Kennedy tagging Aion Gear, YVO Warrior, and The Carry Co. Recovery tools include a foam roller, a lacrosse ball, and toe spacers. For training shoes, she points to Salomon (with whom she has a partnership). Supplements round out the list with BioSteel Sports, Hydrant, Thorne Health, and Promix.

A Bigger Role for Teams

Kennedy has also swapped treadmill walks for outdoor sessions across the program, giving members flexibility to log those minutes wherever they happen to be. (Hey, maybe this is a “cross promotion” to get members to earn their summertime Great Outdoors Badge by taking qualifying outdoor walking classes!) Peloton Teams will carry more weight this round too, with members able to post progress and updates directly within their Team, a feature that was not part of the original launch.

If you’re not using Teams, or you have not yet joined this official Peloton Team (note that it is Public), this might be the right time. With the schedule and suggested gear list both online, the only thing left is to wait for July 6, when new classes begin dropping and Rebecca Kennedy HiLit+ officially gets underway.
