Rad Lopez Dirty 30 Series Launches Live on 10/10
Rad Lopez Dirty 30 Brings 30 Minutes of Conditioning
Rad Lopez Dirty 30 is the newest Strength series from Peloton instructor Rad Lopez, and the first class goes live Saturday, October 10 at 9:30 AM ET. Rad previewed the class during his October 2 Bike Bootcamp. He told members it will focus on metabolic conditioning and cardiovascular endurance, and he described it as one of his favorite ways to train.

The Rad Ones Highlight the Dirty 30 10/10 Date
The Rad Ones, Rad’s fan account on Instagram at @theradones_peloton, shared the announcement and pointed to the date. The post says the group is “going 10/10 ON 10/10,” tying the October 10 debut to the idea of not doing anything halfway. It describes the session as 30 minutes with big energy and invites followers to swipe through the slides for a breakdown. We can’t wait!
The date lines up with the series name and gives members an easy one to remember.
For heart health, the American Heart Association’s 2023 scientific statement on resistance training says it supports cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure, improving cholesterol, and improving insulin sensitivity. The association also notes that endurance activity keeps the heart, lungs, and circulatory system healthy, and that people who get the recommended regular activity can reduce their risk of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.
A Demanding Stretch for Rad’s Strength Classes
Rad’s Strength classes have been demanding lately, in the best way. That includes his first 60-minute live Full Body Strength class, which The Clip Out covered when it landed on the schedule. He has also broken down how his existing class library works as a strength program.
We are happy to see Rad get a signature series! These classes add to Rad’s presence in Peloton beyond Strength, Cardio, Bike Bootcamp and Shadowboxing.
