Peloton Split Training Programs are getting two new additions. Split + Ride, led by Tunde, and Split + Run, led by Robin, both launch August 14.

What Split + Ride and Split + Run Include

Split + Ride pairs strength moves with on-the-Bike cardio. Tunde built the program around alternating between floor-based strength work and Bike segments, giving members a way to combine split training with cardio in the same session.

Split + Run takes a similar approach on the Tread. Robin combines heavy floor strength work with Tread-based cardio, structuring the program around building strength before shifting into running intervals.

Tunde and Robin’s History With Strength Programming

Both instructors bring an established programming history into these launches. Tunde previously released Arms with Tunde in December 2024, followed by Upper Body with Tunde in March 2025, giving members a run of focused strength programming ahead of Split + Ride.

Robin’s programming history runs even further back. She released her Advanced 3 Day Split in April 2022, then returned with a Split + Ride Program in June 2025. Split + Run marks her latest addition to that lineup, and her first program built specifically around Tread cardio.

How Peloton Split Training Programs Have Evolved

Split + Ride and Split + Run join a growing library of instructor-designed split training plans on the platform. The Split+ format itself dates back to October 2024, when Peloton first introduced one-week programs pairing daily strength segments with a cardio finisher on the Bike, Tread, or Row. Members typically repeat these programs over consecutive weeks, adding weight or intensity as they progress.

Both programs become available to members on August 14. Peloton has not released additional details on program length, class count, or platform availability beyond the Bike and Tread.
