Peloton Split Replays Collection

Peloton Split Replays Strength Classes Prove Structured Training Works

A new structured strength collection gathers the unofficial splits instructors built from their own classes

Peloton Split Replays is now available as a dedicated collection on the platform, giving members access to 54 strength classes organized into instructor-curated split training plans. The collection formalizes what several instructors had already been building on their own, gathering the unofficial splits they designed around their strength classes into one place. For anyone looking to add more structure to their Peloton strength training without building a program from scratch, this collection does the work for you.

What Is the Peloton Split Replays Collection?

According to the in-app description, Peloton Split Replays is designed for members who want more structure in their strength work. The plans are specially curated by instructors to take the guesswork out of strength training. Each plan is organized by instructor and group, so members can follow a specific split from start to finish or mix and match based on their schedule and goals.

The full collection includes 54 classes across six instructors: Robin Arzón, Selena Samuela, Joslyn Thompson Rule, Camila Ramón, Rebecca Kennedy, and Katie Wang. Class lengths range from 5 to 45 minutes, and most are rated intermediate, with beginner-level options also available. Focus areas include full body strength, upper body strength, glutes and legs, arms and shoulders, chest and back, bodyweight strength, and core.

Each instructor in the Peloton Split Replays collection brings a different structure to their plans. Here is what members can expect from each:

Rebecca Kennedy leads a single 4-day split covering upper body strength, glutes and legs, and full body strength at the intermediate level. Members who followed her when she first announced her unofficial 4-day split will recognize this as the same instructor-designed approach she brought to her classes.

Katie Wang offers a single 3-day split covering glutes and legs, core, and upper body strength, all at the intermediate level.

Robin Arzón appears twice in the collection. Group 1 is a 3-day split built around full body and glutes and legs strength at the intermediate level. Group 2 is also a 3-day split covering full body and upper body strength, also intermediate. Robin has been a consistent advocate for structured Peloton strength training, and her Robin Unofficial Strength Split laid the groundwork for the plans now featured here.

Selena Samuela also appears twice. Group 1 is a 4-day split covering glutes and legs, upper body, full body, and core strength at the intermediate level. Group 2 is a 3-day split covering full body, upper body, and glutes and legs strength, also intermediate. Samuela recently returned to teaching after maternity leave, and her packed class schedule reflects the strength-first approach she brings to this collection.

Joslyn Thompson Rule has the largest presence in the collection with four groups. Group 1 is a 3-day split covering full body, upper body, glutes and legs, and core at the intermediate level. Group 2 is a 4-day split that adds chest and back and bodyweight strength to the mix. Group 3 includes beginner-friendly options alongside intermediate classes, making it the most accessible entry point in the collection. Group 4 rounds things out with full body, glutes and legs, and core work, plus a stretching class. Joslyn has made unofficial strength programming a cornerstone of her teaching in 2026, and her year-long unofficial strength split is the direct foundation for her plans here.

Camila Ramón also contributes four groups to the collection. Group 1 covers full body, glutes and legs, upper body, and core strength. Group 2 adds arms and shoulders to the rotation alongside full body, glutes and legs, and core. Group 3 and Group 4 each cover a full range of focus areas including full body, glutes and legs, upper body, and core. All Camila classes in the collection are rated intermediate.

From Instructor Programming to a Structured Peloton Strength Training Collection

What makes Peloton Split Replays distinct from a typical new collection is its origin. These are classes instructors designed around their own programming, the same plans they announced on Instagram and encouraged their communities to take in sequence. Peloton has gathered those existing plans and made them easier to find and follow in one place.

That built-in history is part of what makes this collection useful. Members who have already worked through one of these instructor splits know the programming holds up. Those coming to it fresh get the benefit of instructor-designed Peloton strength training plans that have already been tested by the community.

The depth of the collection also means there is a logical next step built in for most members. Joslyn’s four groups and Camila’s four groups give members a clear progression path without having to search for new programming. For Robin and Selena, the two-group structure offers a natural follow-on once Group 1 is complete.

The Peloton Split Replays collection is available now. Members can access it directly at members.onepeloton.com.
