Peloton Releases Strong Core Strong Body 2

Irene Kaymer (née Scholz) has hit the ground running since she made her return to the Peloton instructor lineup this February. Hot on the heels of her return, Peloton dropped her new program this week, “Strong Core Strong Body 2.”  This core-centric program is the sequel to her wildly popular original released nearly three years ago. You can catch a sneak peek of Irene’s new program on her Instagram page.

Catching Up with Irene

For those who might be a tad out of the loop, Irene Kaymer was Peloton’s first German language instructor who joined the company’s ranks four years ago. Check out The Clip Out’s earlier piece about Irene’s return to Peloton after taking some time off to start a family.

Building Upon Peloton’s Impressive German Language Content

Irene’s new program is in German but is available with English subtitles. Her program adds to an already impressive German programming lineup, which now includes a German version of Discover Your Power Zones, Beginner Yoga with Nico Sarani, and Total Strength with Erik Jager. Along with Erik, Peloton’s Assal Arian and Marcel Maurer also offer some fantastic German language strength programs.

Perfect Pick for the Time-Pressed

If your schedule is packed, Irene’s new program might be perfect for you. The program offers 11 classes over two weeks. Week 1 brings you six shorter 5-10 minutes classes, while the second week consists of 5 classes between 10-15 minutes in length.  Irene’s original four-week core program dropped nearly three years ago and contained 22 classes.

Are you planning to take Irene’s new program, or have you completed the original? We’d love to hear!
