Peloton HiLit+ Program Adds Member Spotlight
Rebecca Kennedy is introducing a new series called the RKSolid Spotlight, following eight members through their full seven-week run of the Peloton HiLit+ program.
Tracking Eight Members Through the Program
Kennedy announced the series on Instagram, calling it a first for her brand: “For the first time ever… introducing the RKSolid Spotlight. Over the next 7 weeks, we’re gonna follow the journeys of 8 different people taking HiLit+. Let’s meet them!” The post introduces the eight participants who will check in throughout the program, though none have been named publicly as of this writing.
The Peloton HiLit+ program combines strength and cardio intervals across a seven-week structure that returned on July 6, extending the original four-week format. That earlier version drew more than 400,000 participants in a single quarter and helped push a 48 percent year-over-year jump in Pilates engagement, according to Peloton’s Q3 FY2026 earnings report, a track record that helps explain the engagement around Kennedy’s programming.
The spotlight series gives members a way to track real progress alongside the eight featured participants, rather than following Kennedy’s coaching content alone, an approach that could make the program feel more approachable for people still deciding whether to start. The series also adds another chapter to coverage The Clip Out has followed since the June announcement, including the extended seven-week schedule and Kennedy’s training essentials list.
Members Push Back on the Lineup
The announcement drew a strong response in the comments, with several members asking for more age diversity among the eight spotlighted participants. Multiple commenters specifically requested representation for members 50 and older. One wrote that seeing someone in her age range would be beneficial for watching progress unfold at a different pace. Another said the current lineup made her feel intimidated to start the program.
Whether Kennedy or Peloton respond to the age range feedback as the series continues is worth watching, since it is a recurring theme in the comments. The Clip Out will check back in as the seven weeks play out to see who is featured and how their progress is documented.
