Peloton Celebrates APIH Month

In case you didn’t know, May is Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (APIH), and Peloton is at the forefront of the celebration. Peloton Row instructor Katie Wang posted this wonderful video explaining what APIH month means to her and expressed her gratitude for Peloton’s inclusiveness and the warm welcome the company extended to her as well as fellow instructors Sam Yo, Emma Lovewell, Aditi Shaw, and Susie Chan received when they joined Peloton.

What is APIH Month?

APIH month celebrates the diverse cultures of Asian and Pacific Islanders. This month, Peloton is focused on the following musical and cultural genres: New Asia, Classical, Desi Hits, and Pacific Islander Vibes.

Anna Leads Off!

Anna Greenberg got things started with a 30-minute Laufey slow-flow yoga class. By the way, if you’re unfamiliar with Laufey’s talent, check out The Clip Out’s recent article on Peloton’s new Laufey Artist Series. Following Anna’s inspiring class, Peloton dropped Hannah Frankson’s 30-minute Desi Hits Run class on May 3rd.

Check out the Entire APIH Library

If you’re looking for new APIH classes as they drop, or any of the other 100+ in Peloton’s class library, head over to the Collections Tab on your App or Device and you’ll find the entire Peloton class offering.

Have you taken any of Peloton’s APIH classes? If so, we’d love to hear your thoughts on them!
