Olivia Amato Peloton Studios London: Classes Sept 11-13

Studio spots are waitlisted through Sunday, September 13, but members anywhere can join live from the app.

Olivia Amato Peloton Studios London Class Schedule

Olivia Amato Peloton Studios London classes run through Sunday, September 13, closing out a three-day residency at the U.K. studio. All five sessions are currently on the Peloton class waitlist for in-studio spots, though members outside London can still take every class live by booking through the Peloton app’s live schedule. The stop is part of Peloton’s summer instructor exchange, which has sent New York-based talent to teach live at PSL all season, and Amato’s turn brings five sessions across cycling and walking formats.

Peloton first outlined the exchange in June, confirming that eight New York instructors would rotate through Peloton Studios London between July and September, according to a report from AthleteTech News. Robin ArzĂłn opened the series in July, and Ally Love wrapped her own residency earlier this month before handing the London stage to Amato.

Times below are listed in London time (BST). Members outside the U.K. should convert to their local time zone before booking through the live schedule.

  • Friday, September 11, 7:30 p.m. BST: 30 min HIIT & Hills Ride, Studio 1
  • Saturday, September 12, 3:30 p.m. BST: Stack, 20 min HIIT Ride plus 20 min EDM Ride, Studio 1
  • Sunday, September 13, 10:00 a.m. BST: 30 min 90s Ride, Studio 1
  • Sunday, September 13, 12:00 p.m. BST: 30 min Pop Walk, Studio 2

Saturday’s stack pairs a 20 minute HIIT Ride with a 20 minute EDM Ride back to back, giving members a full 40 minute session without leaving the bike. Amato has built her reputation on that kind of high-output, music-driven programming since trading a finance career for Peloton in 2016, and the PSL crowd gets a concentrated dose of it over three days.

Booking and Waitlist Status

As of this writing, every class on Amato’s PSL schedule is on the Peloton class waitlist for in-studio booking. Members who want a seat in the room should join the waitlist, then watch for an email notification if a spot opens up. That email includes a link to claim the spot, and it must be clicked within two hours of receipt or the spot passes to the next person on the list. For everyone else, all five classes are available to take live through the Peloton app at their scheduled times, no studio booking required.

The Olivia Amato Peloton Studios London residency closes out the exchange’s cycling-heavy stretch before Emma Lovewell takes over PSL later this month with a 2 for 1 Hike alongside Joslyn Thompson Rule. For London-based members, the next two weeks offer a rare chance to train in person with instructors normally based on the other side of the Atlantic.
