Mariana Fernandez Breathwrk Delivers 7 Days of Energy
Wake Up With Energy is Fernandez’s first full Breathwrk program, building on her existing wake up and wind down classes

Peloton released the Mariana Fernandez Breathwrk program on August 28, 2026. Called Wake Up With Energy, it is now available inside the Breathwrk app for Peloton members with an All-Access Membership. The seven day series pairs short daily breathing sessions with an escalating format built to help members start their mornings with intention, and it marks Fernandez’s first full program inside the Breathwrk library, building on the standalone wake up and wind down classes she already has on the app.
What Is the Mariana Fernandez Breathwrk Program?
Wake Up With Energy opens with a five minute introduction class, followed by five minute sessions for Day 1 through Day 3. Beginning with Day 4, the sessions extend to ten minutes and hold that length through Day 7, giving members a structure that grows alongside their practice. Each class sits under the Breathwork category inside the app, and the program carries the tagline “Rise and shine.” Peloton describes it as a way to energize the body for the day ahead, building toward a powerful new breathing practice by the end of the week.
Wake Up With Energy Class Schedule

The full lineup runs as follows:
- Intro: 5 minutes
- Day 1: 5 minutes
- Day 2: 5 minutes
- Day 3: 5 minutes
- Day 4: 10 minutes
- Day 5: 10 minutes
- Day 6: 10 minutes
- Day 7: 10 minutes
How to Access Wake Up With Energy on Peloton

The Breathwrk app is free for Peloton members with an All-Access Membership, and access also extends to Guide and App+ Members. After downloading the app, members log in with their existing Peloton username or email and password rather than creating a separate account. From there, Wake Up With Energy sits alongside Fernandez’s other breathing content in the app’s class library. Peloton has published a broader look at what the Breathwrk app offers members, including how the library is organized by goal, on its Peloton blog.
Fernandez Expands Her Range Beyond the Tread and Mat
Fernandez has built out her footprint across the Peloton platform since joining as a Tread, yoga, and meditation instructor. She released her first Run and Flow series on the Tread earlier this year, pairing treadmill runs with yoga recovery, and Peloton marked her fifth anniversary with a 60-class Greatest Hits Collection this spring. She is also among the roster of Peloton Breathwrk instructors already teaching Daily Wake Up and Daily Wind Down sessions, and the Mariana Fernandez Breathwrk program marks her first structured, multi-day series in that format.
Breathwork has had an uneven presence inside Peloton’s app in the past, but Wake Up With Energy points to continued investment in the format as a standalone daily habit rather than a one-off feature. For members who have not tried a Breathwrk class yet, the seven day structure offers a low commitment starting point, with each session building on the one before it.
