Peloton Breathwrk Instructors Offer Daily Sessions and Programs

A growing roster of instructors is bringing daily breathing, meditation, and multi-day programs to Peloton Breathwrk on iOS and Android

Peloton Breathwrk instructors are teaching a growing range of daily sessions, guided meditations, and full programs, and that content is live on both iOS and Android. Peloton has been quietly adding new classes and new instructors without much fanfare, and the lineup has grown well past its early days. A look at what is currently available shows just how much ground it now covers.

Peloton Breathwrk Instructors Teaching Daily Sessions

Among the Peloton Breathwrk instructors currently on the app, a number have matching Daily Wake Up and Daily Wind Down sessions, each running five minutes. These are built as a simple bookend habit, five minutes to start the day and five minutes to close it out.

Instructors currently offering Daily Wake Up and Daily Wind Down classes include:

  • Aditi
  • Denis
  • Anna
  • Greta
  • Zacharias
  • Nico
  • Mayla
  • Sam
  • Mariana
  • Kirra
  • Chelsea

The Breathwrk instructor lineup spans a wide range of teaching styles across that format, giving members more flexibility in choosing a voice that fits their routine.

Worth noting for members who regularly take Mayla’s or Nico’s Peloton classes in other languages: their Breathwrk sessions are currently in English only. That holds true across the instructor lineup right now, with no additional language options announced.

Extended Meditation Libraries From Several Instructors

Some of these Peloton Breathwrk instructors go beyond the daily bookend sessions. Denis, Kirra, Aditi, Anna, Nico, and Chelsea each offer a deeper library of meditations ranging from five to thirty minutes. That includes morning meditations, relaxing meditations, sleep meditations, and sessions built around specific emotions, along with additional formats.

This is where the depth among current Peloton Breathwrk instructors stands out. Longer sessions require more production and more instructor time, so multiple instructors already having that range of content points to a sustained investment rather than a one-time content drop.

Two Multi-Day Programs Also Live

Beyond the daily sessions, two structured programs anchor the current lineup. Kirra leads 7 Days to Release Stress, a week-long series built around a specific outcome. Chelsea leads 7 Days of Breathwork, her own guided series inside the app.

Both programs follow the same structure Peloton has been building toward since it first opened the door for instructors to create their own Breathwrk content. That earlier move set the stage for this kind of growth, and it lines up with Peloton’s confirmation that its wellness platform now includes 140 instructor-led Breathwrk classes.

This content has been available to iOS members and is now live on Android as well, so the current lineup is no longer split by platform. Members can download or update the app through Breathwrk on Google Play and log in with existing Peloton credentials.

Between the daily sessions, the extended meditation libraries, and the two live multi-day programs, Peloton Breathwrk instructors now cover a meaningfully broader range than when the platform first opened to instructor content. With new sessions arriving on a near-weekly basis, the open question is which instructor shows up next.
