Jess Sims Do Hard Things Program Debuts Sept. 21
A four week, five day live plan built around Tread Bootcamp and full body strength, with one rule: everything worth doing is hard, so choose it anyway.

Jess Sims Do Hard Things is officially confirmed, and the Peloton instructor built her first live cross training plan around a message she says defines how she coaches: everything worth doing is hard, so choose it anyway. The program goes live September 21 as a five day plan designed to repeat for four straight weeks.

Sims announced the plan on Instagram, telling members she has never been the instructor who looks for the easy way out. The clip backs that up, cutting between moments from her own classes where she repeats “hard pace” across several workouts before landing the program’s thesis in one line: everything is hard.

What the Jess Sims Do Hard Things Schedule Looks Like

The plan is built around five live 45 minute classes each week, all delivered live before moving to the on demand library. It breaks down like this:
- Monday and Friday: 45 minute Full Body Tread Bootcamp
- Tuesday and Thursday: 45 minute Full Body Strength
- Wednesday: 45 minute Walk + Run for active recovery
- Saturday and Sunday: rest, except during the program’s final week
That single week structure is meant to be repeated for a full month, giving members a consistent rhythm to build strength and endurance on the tread while still working strength days between. The Jess Sims Do Hard Things format follows a pattern Peloton has leaned into more this year, having already run its five instructor Live Cross Training Program as a live, structured plan earlier in 2026. This one is solo, and it is entirely Sims’ own.
The Reward for Doing Hard Things Is a Live Sims 60
Sims is framing the program’s finale as the payoff for a month of work. On the final Sunday of the four week cycle, members celebrate with a live Sims 60 class, her signature hour long full body format. The Jess Sims Do Hard Things program treats that class as a celebration, not a finish line, which fits the tone of the whole plan.

Where to Get Support During the Program
Members following Jess Sims Do Hard Things are being pointed to the Cross Training channel inside Peloton Teams, where Sims says she will personally answer questions, check in on progress and keep the energy up throughout each week. For a plan this structured, that kind of built in accountability could matter as much as the workouts themselves. You can find Sims’ full class catalog, including her existing Tread Bootcamp and strength library, on her Peloton instructor page.
Sims also confirmed she will not release new content during the three weeks that follow the launch, keeping the platform clear of competing releases so members can stay locked into the same five day rotation. That decision keeps the entire Jess Sims Do Hard Things community moving through the same four weeks together. She will not be silent during that stretch though, Sims plans to stay active in the Peloton Teams Cross Training channel throughout, checking in on progress rather than posting new classes.
With four weeks to repeat the same five day rhythm, Jess Sims Do Hard Things gives members a clear, low friction way to commit to something bigger than a single class. Whether that consistency turns into a permanent fixture on Peloton’s live schedule will likely depend on how members respond starting September 21.
