The Frankie Grande Peloton Class You Will Want to Stack Now

The Broadway star visited Peloton Studios on May 8 and gave members a first listen to his new Celine Dion cover before it hit streaming.

Frankie Grande Peloton Class with Matty Maggiacomo

Broadway actor Frankie Grande made his Peloton class debut on May 8, joining instructor Matty Maggiacomo for a 30-minute Walk & Talk at Peloton Studios New York. Members who showed up got an unexpected bonus: the first listen to Grande’s new Celine Dion cover “I Drove All Night,” a full week before its official release.

The class is available on demand on Peloton.

Who Is Frankie Grande

Grande is a New York City-born actor, singer, dancer, and producer with Broadway credits in Mamma Mia! (2007-2010) and Rock of Ages (2014-2015). He is also the older half-brother of pop star Ariana Grande.

He is currently starring as Victor Garber in Titanique, the comedic parody running at the St. James Theatre that reimagines the 1997 film Titanic told entirely through the songs of Celine Dion. The show opened on Broadway on April 12 and has earned four Tony Award nominations, including Best Musical and Best Book of a Musical for co-creator Constantine Rousouli. Grande originally created the Victor Garber role in the 2022 Off-Broadway production, making the Broadway transfer a full-circle moment.

Earlier in May, Grande released “I Drove All Night” as a single via Casablanca Records, a cover of the Celine Dion classic he had been performing in the show each night. In an interview with GLAAD around the release, he described the song as a lifelong obsession.

What Happened in the Frankie Grande Peloton Class

Matty Maggiacomo’s Friday Walk & Talk classes follow a recognizable format: pop culture commentary woven into a real workout. The May 8 class opened with his Hot Takes segment, a Met Gala discussion, and then moved into conversations with two guests from Titanique, Constantine Rousouli and Frankie Grande.

Rousouli, who plays Jack Dawson in the show and co-created it, joined first at around 13 minutes in, with a “Southampton” track from the Titanique cast recording playing in the background. Grande followed, and to close out his segment, Matty played “I Drove All Night” during the workout. As Maggiacomo noted in class, it amounted to a world premiere listen since the official release was still a week away.

Grande shared the visit on his own Instagram afterward, writing that he had stopped by Peloton to “kiki” with his “fabulous friends” about Titanique and the new single, and encouraged members to take the class and stream the song. Olivia Amato left a comment on the post, as did Matty, who replied simply: “I LOVE YOU.”

The Theater Connection

This kind of visit lands naturally in Matty’s corner of the Peloton schedule. He studied dramatic literature, theater history, and cinema alongside journalism at NYU, and has built one of the platform’s most consistent catalogs of Broadway-themed content. His podcast, Drama Club with Matty, is devoted entirely to theater. A working Broadway cast member stopping in for a Frankie Grande Peloton class is less a novelty and more a logical extension of what Matty has been building for years. TCO covered that Broadway catalog in depth earlier this year.

The connection runs a bit deeper than a single workout, too. On his own Instagram, Matty posted the Titanique promotional image and called Grande a future EGOT winner. Rousouli replied that the prediction was “beyond ACCURATE.” The exchange reads less like a promotional push and more like a genuine friendship between people who share a world.

Grande’s run in Titanique at the St. James Theatre continues through July 12, 2026. “I Drove All Night” is available now on all streaming platforms.
