TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (2/12/2025)
Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite Peloton class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s favorite Peloton classes:
- 2/9/25 30 minute Supreme Soul Ride with Ally Love
- 15 min Core Strength with Robin Arzón
- The new Personalized Plans feature in the Peloton app
- 45 min House Ride with Jess King
- 30 min Tabata Ride with Olivia Amato
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Black History Month Ride
2/9/25 30 minute Supreme Soul Ride with Ally Love
Liz Nicol was a huge fan of Ally’s Supreme Soul ride, telling us, “I don’t typically love “soul music”, but every single song that Ally played, I wanted sing along with…. Chain of Fools, Midnight Train to Georgia… it reminded me so much of my childhood. Her energy was amazing and she was inspirational and motivational in the things that she said. It felt as though she was glowing through the screen It was also a super workout… like a 7.5 for me.” Sounds like the perfect pick-me-up sing-a-long/sweat-a-long classs to us!
2. Favorite Core Class
15 min Core Strength with Robin Arzón
A foam roller in a core class? Robin spices things up in this 15 minute class with a non-traditional strength prop. Stephanie Latos loved it and said, “Have we shouted out Robin’s core class with the foam roller? She’s wearing pink. That class is next level for the core conneseurs!” Hmmm…Robin in pink? Is this a new color we need to watch out for?
3. Favorite New App Feature
Haven’t tried this feature yet? Check out this how-to guide to get started.
Ok, so technically not a class, the new Personalized Plans feature in the Peloton app does give a roadmap of classes for Members and is getting a lot of love from TCO listeners this week. Marie K. Burdick says, “I want to shout out the personalized plans. My second week into it. Great mix of classes to choose, flexibility with adjusting the schedule and suggesting some classes I probably never would have picked on my own. It is kicking my butt.” Stephanie Latos concurs, “I agree it’s such a nice feature for those of us who can benefit from some structure mixed with many fun class options!”
4. Favorite 45-minute Ride
45 min House Ride with Jess King
If you’re looking for a longer ride to get your heart rate up, Thom Gilday suggests Jess King’s 45 minute House Ride from 1/6/25. Thom says, “The 45 minute House Ride with Jess King from 1/6/25 was spicy!!! Challenging mix of climbs and flat road intervals…great workout, you’ll be glad you took this class when your done.” Sounds like you’re going to need an extra towel or two for this one. Thanks Thom!
5. Favorite UNSTACKABLE Ride
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
30 min Tabata Ride with Olivia Amato
If you want to push your limits and maybe see your life flash before your eyes in the span of a half an hour, Karen Smith tells us that this 30 minute Tabata Ride with Olivia was UNSTACKABLE! Karen says that this ride is “typical tabata format, but she kept the resistance high with cadence pushes. I had planned a short 5 minute core class after but could not bring myself to do it after this. Worth going back into the archives for it!” From the looks of the photo, it definitely looks like the Glitter Assassin means business!
