Build Your Power Zones Program Available in German

Exciting news for our German-speaking Peloton enthusiasts—Peloton has just launched a German-language version of the highly popular “Build Your Power Zones” program.

Why Power Zones?

If you’re serious about improving your Functional Threshold Power (FTP), this is the program for you. But why focus on power zones? Simply put, training in your power zones helps you understand and optimize your fitness levels. It’s all about working smarter, not harder.

Meet Your Instructors

The German version features two of Peloton’s most engaging instructors, Erik Jäger and Charlotte Weidenbach. Whether you’re a fan of Erik’s motivational pep talks or Charlotte’s energetic vibes, you’re in for a treat.

Program Breakdown

5 Weeks, 16 Classes

Get ready for five weeks of intense, but doable, training. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Week 1-4: Three classes each week.
  • Week 5: Four classes (You got this!).

That’s a total of 16 classes designed to push you to new limits. And yes, Peloton has made sure every class is tailored to improve your FTP.

How to Get Started

Peloton says, “Welcome to Build Your Power Zones, a 5-week program designed to improve your FTP. Before starting, please retake the FTP test and ensure you know your zones and have the Power Bar on your touchscreen.”

First things first- make sure you know your zones by retaking the FTP test. That power bar on your touchscreen will be your best friend throughout this program.

If you’re wondering when to start, the best time is right after completing the “Discover Your Power Zones” program, which is available in both English and German. This ensures you have a solid foundation before jumping into the build phase.

Ready to Ride?

This is your chance to take your cycling game to the next level, all while enjoying the comfort of your native language. Are you up for the challenge?

Join Erik and Charlotte today and let’s build those power zones together! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

What are you waiting for? Get on that bike and start pedaling towards a stronger, fitter you.
