Sanders announced the appearance in a LinkedIn post, where he said health now includes the integration of fitness, wellness and community in everyday life. His session is a keynote address, panel discussion and Q&A titled The Blurring Lines of Health: Where Should Brands Play, How Should They Grow, and What Does It Take to Truly Engage Today’s Consumer? The Beyond Activ Americas agenda lists it from 11:50 AM to 12:40 PM on November 12.
Peloton is also one of eight companies nominated for Activ America’s App of the Year, alongside Class Pass, Lifetime Fitness, Strava, Oura, ISSA Career Conenct, NeoPlex, and UltraHuman.
What Dion Camp Sanders Will Discuss at Beyond Activ Americas
In his post, Sanders said Peloton’s priority is to meet members wherever they are and create experiences that combine results and joy. He said he looks forward to discussing how brands build authentic loyalty, use connected fitness and drive meaningful growth at a time when consumers are putting wellness first.
Peloton’s broader push into strength and wellness content is covered in The Clip Out’s report on CEO Peter Stern’s New York Times interview.
The conference describes itself as the leading investment event for owners, operators and investors across health, wellness, fitness, hospitality, longevity and sport. Organizers list 1,000-plus executives, 75-plus speakers, 50-plus exhibitors and 25-plus countries. The program includes keynotes, panels, interactive Q&A, pre-arranged one-on-one meetings and a B2B exhibition.

What Dion Camp Sanders Oversees at Peloton
Sanders has served as Peloton’s Chief Commercial Officer since April 2025. According to his Beyond Activ speaker profile, he holds profit and loss responsibility for many of Peloton’s revenue-generating lines of business, including first-party and third-party retail, inside sales, Peloton Bike rental, sales of pre-owned refurbished equipment, international strategy and operations, Peloton for Business, Precor, and the M&A and business development functions.
He joined Peloton in 2019 as SVP, Head of Strategy, Corporate Development and M&A. He later served as Chief Strategy Officer from August 2021 to September 2022 and as Chief Emerging Business Officer from September 2022 through April 2025. Before Peloton, he held executive roles at Leaf Group, The Walt Disney Company and IAC/InterActiveCorp. He also sits on the boards of Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Daily Harvest, Inc.
For Sanders, the session connects two points from his post: consumers are putting wellness first, and Peloton aims to meet members wherever they are. His commercial remit, which spans retail, international, Peloton for Business and Precor, is the perspective he brings to the Beyond Activ Americas stage in Dallas.
