Ally Love Wimbledon Co-Host Role in Central Park June 26
Ally Love Wimbledon: the Peloton instructor is co-hosting Friday’s Wimbledon Court Invitational, the centerpiece launch event for a free four-day tennis takeover running June 26 through June 29 at Central Park’s Wollman Rink. Ally joins tennis broadcaster Blair Henley to host the Invitational, which officially opens a new grass court built by Wimbledon’s own grounds crew.
The Invitational takes place Friday, June 26 at 1:30 p.m. and features tennis legends Andre Agassi, Caroline Wozniacki, James Blake, and Genie Bouchard. A limited number of walk-up tickets will be available for fans hoping to watch in person, and ticket holders can also take part in coaching clinics led by professional coaches from the West Side Tennis Club.
A Free Public Tennis Festival in Central Park
Beyond the Invitational, the Wimbledon Court in Central Park runs free public programming across all four days. That includes a Creator Cup featuring online influencers and content creators testing their tennis skills, a wheelchair tennis session with Commonpoint Tennis & Athletic Center marking 50 years of wheelchair tennis, and community sessions run with the New York Junior Tennis League, City Parks Foundation, and USTA.

The event closes Monday, June 29 with a live screening of Day One of The Championships starting at 7:30 a.m., timed to Wimbledon’s main-draw opening. A British-inspired menu from Chef Ed Szymanski and official partner activities will run throughout the four days, alongside a Wimbledon-branded fleet of Range Rovers and on-site merchandise sales.
NYC Parks Commissioner Tricia Shimamura said the installation gives New Yorkers a rare chance to experience a global sporting tradition in a public setting, pointing to the mix of youth coaching, screenings, and family programming as proof that city parks can host world-class events.
Ally Love Wimbledon Role Fits a Pattern of Reach Beyond Peloton
Ally’s role hosting the Wimbledon Court Invitational continues a pattern that has defined her year. She returned to teaching Peloton classes in January after maternity leave, and has since kept a steady presence outside the studio, including a recent appearance during Walmart’s livestream shopping event. Stepping into the broadcast booth for one of tennis’s most recognizable brands adds a new entry to that list and signals the kind of mainstream visibility Peloton instructors increasingly carry into the wider sports and entertainment world.
For New York-area fans, the appeal is straightforward. Four days of free tennis programming, a celebrity-studded launch event, and a chance to watch Wimbledon’s opening day unfold on a public grass court in the middle of Manhattan. Walk-up tickets for Friday’s Invitational are limited, so fans hoping to see Love and Henley host in person should plan to arrive early.
