7 Days to Better Sleep is now live on the Peloton Breathwrk app, giving members a new nightly wind-down option built around instructor Aditi Shah. The program pairs a five-minute intro class with seven ten-minute daily sessions, and it’s included at no extra cost for anyone with an All-Access Membership.

What’s Inside 7 Days to Better Sleep

The series opens with “Intro to Breathe Into Better Sleep,” a five-minute primer that sets up the pacing and posture used across the week. From there, members move through the program’s seven daily classes, each running ten minutes and living inside the Breathwork category on the Peloton Breathwrk app. Breathwrk has promoted the series under the banner “Breathe into Better Sleep,” with the tagline “Ready, set, rest,” pointing to a straightforward goal: calm the body enough to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Shah is one of several instructors who have built out deeper Breathwrk libraries beyond the daily bookend sessions, and this new sleep program adds a dedicated track to that lineup. It follows her earlier 7 Days to Start Your Meditation Practice, which introduced many members to her body-scan style through a shorter, mindfulness-focused format.

Peloton has already pointed to extended exhales as one of the more effective ways to unwind before bed, and Shah’s new program leans into that same approach across all seven days. Members who want to start the series should update the Breathwrk app and log in with their existing Peloton credentials to unlock it at no added cost.
