Peloton Schedule Changes Galore!

How nice of you to turn on your Clip Out neon.

Thank you. I thought I would go ahead and do that. It would be a lot easier to do if we still had the remote working that you were supposed to fix months ago.

I was going to replace the battery and then it required a tool, and so then It was like, “Tools? Oh no.” If you’ve ever wondered about evolution, I am not. While I have opposable thumbs, I have not yet learned how to utilize tools.

You can. You just don’t want to and you don’t like to, and so you won’t.

I never know where they’re at.

They’re in the closet. You do know where they are.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Peloton schedule changes: Every year, there are two major shifts in the schedule – one in the fall and one in the spring.

It’s like whatever I need isn’t in there anymore. It’s always like, “You need this little tiny screwdriver.”

You have a whole box of those.

The one I need is not there. I don’t even have tools. They’re your tools that came over when you moved in because they’re all pink. It stands the reason I would use pink tools.

I’m proud of my little pink tool set. I bought them unironically at Walmart when I was going through my divorce, and I don’t care. I’m very proud of my pink tools.

I have a problem with using any tools. I think we’ve established that.

The black tool bag is yours and did come from your house. It is upstairs in the closet.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Program Collections are so jumbled. If you want to find something, you might have to scroll for days.

I think it’s something my mother bought me.

That sounds right because she knew you would need tools.

Every five years or so, ever since I was about twelve, I would get some form of tool given to me at Christmas time in the hopes that I might one day become manly. Someday perhaps, “Here’s a set of socket wrenches.” I was like, “What am I going to do with that? I don’t think I have anything with sockets.”

Honestly, I don’t know what it would be. I’m not sure.

Another few years later, “Here’s a set of screwdrivers.” Okay.

Back in the day, women would have a hope chest that their mothers would fill up.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Now, you can go in and when you click the collections button, it will show you the results under programs and collections. It’s a brand new feature and it’s helpful.

My sister had one of those. I called it her hopeless chest.

Your mom probably wanted to do the equivalent for you because she knew that you would never go on your own, and so she stocked you up. I remember the first time you had to hang curtains. It didn’t go well, but you did do it, with a lot of cussing.

What pray tell do you have in store for people?

I thought that we should start our conversations today. We’ll circle back around, but we need to talk about these schedule changes because, like every year, they are causing havoc. Although Peloton has found a new and fun way to throw a twist in the havoc this year. We’ll get on that. There’s also a new searchability in programs and collections. We’ll talk through that. There’s a new episode of No Days Off. We’ll talk about it.

Lululemon event is coming up, but they are also offering a discount on bikes. We are going to talk about smartwatches and tracking your health. The instructors have a bunch of new updates. Jess Sims, there’s a new program, Logan Aldridge is promoting kettlebell classes, and there’s a bunch more. Artists series, we’re going to talk about that. We have a bunch of content that is coming up that we are going to talk through as well.

Before we get to all that, shameless plugs. Don’t forget, we’re available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, iHeart, and TuneIn. Wherever you find a podcast, you can find us. While you are there, be sure and follow us so you never miss an episode. Maybe leave us a review. That’s super helpful. You can also find us on Patreon if you want to support the show. If you have $5 burning a hole in your pocket, give it to us. It’s $5 a month and it gets you all sorts of bonus content. It gets you add-free episodes. It gets you the pride of knowing you helped out to support the underlying costs of an undertaking like this, which has become quite the undertaking, and of course, our undying love and affection.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Another store closes. It’s in Bellevue, Washington.

If we get it early, you get it early.

On the bonus episode, we’re going to be talking about a woman who wants to be the first plus-size Peloton instructor. We’re going to be talking about an article that says you shouldn’t wash your gym clothes. That sounds like somebody is trying to start a little eBay side hustle. Also, how even if you exercise but you sit too much, it might not be enough. We’ll talk about where the instructors can be found in other places and what’s going on with those sorts of things.

You can also find us on Facebook at Facebook.com/TheClipOut. While you’re there, like the page and join the group. Sign up for our newsletter at TheClipOut.com. You will get a mostly weekly newsletter with links and stuff to all the articles and things we talked about. You can watch all of these over on YouTube. I think that’s everything. Let’s dig in. Shall we?

We shall.

Peloton Schedule Changes

There are schedule changes galore, or if you’re Irish, O’plenty.

Every year, there are two major shifts in the schedule. One is in the fall and one is in the spring. This is no surprise, and yet it always is a surprise. People always lose their sh*t. The big thing this year that’s interesting that Peloton has decided to throw in for a little fun is, do you know how they make you sign up for classes in advance to go to the studio if you want to be live in person? Let’s say I am going to be in New York in April. I’m going to show up six weeks early. I’m going to sign on. I’m going to get the class.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: No Days Off has been released to YouTube. It’s part of Peloton’s partnership with the NBA.

You are going to finally get to meet Cody.

You signed up for Cody and today, you probably got an email saying, “Just kidding, we changed all the schedules. You won’t be with Cody. You will be with someone else.” That is what is happening. Some people are thrilled because they got into whatever class.

Maybe that’s an upgrade for them.

Some people are pissed, and I don’t blame them. Come on, Peloton. People are making major travel decisions around this. For you to change it when you knew it was going to happen, that’s the part that shitty. It wasn’t like a last-minute decision. Everyone knew there was no need for this, and yet here we are. In addition to that, I don’t know if you have it listed out separately, there’s a bunch of other things that are happening. Some of those issues or things that will change that they going to see are let’s say one class that might have been in the morning like a boot camp is only going to be in the afternoon. For some of the rowing classes, that’s happening. You might be very used to your early morning rows. They’re changing. Now, they’re at night. Deal with it.

The tides are different.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: For Lululemon members: Lululemon event coming up plus discounts on Bikes and Bike+.

They go in a different direction. The other big thing that’s happening is we had talked about that some of the bootcamps were off the live schedule. They’re back on the schedule but they are all at different times. Andy has the HIIT boot camps. Those are back. Matty’s live walks will be back but they’re going to show up at a different time. There are a lot of changes. This time of year, it’s going to be a lot of upheaval. They’ll go back to mostly regular times, and then it settles back in. Hopefully, people will be able to adjust to that fairly quickly. Spread the news. I like being the person in the group who‘s like, “This happens every year,” to restore peace because people lose their minds a little bit.

If you’re not going there, you don’t pay attention to what happens in the spring with the classes.

If you’re used to taking a certain class like, back in the day, there used to be a 6:00 AM ride every single day. That is no more. It hasn’t been for a long time. You could set your clock by it, and it was a lot of fun because we had a huge group of people who always rode together. That’s also gone. Those days are over. For a long time now, they’ve been changing it up. I don’t mind that they change it up, but it would be nice if they would announce it ahead of time.

There’s no need to wait and then change everything. It jingles everyone’s nerves for no reason. I will also say, on the flip side, it doesn’t matter how often or how much in advance you tell people things. People don’t pay attention. Somebody would complain, no matter how they did it, and I recognize that as well. There’s that. Do you want me to talk about the other spring changes?

Sure. Let’s have it.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: An article features a better way for your smart watch to track your health stats.

Selena is going to be live at PSNY from March 31st through April 5th. She is going to have four live classes. There are going to be two runs on March 31st and April 3rd. There are going to be two strength classes on April 4th and April 5th. We already talked about the live boot camps with Andy. That’s coming up. We also want to make sure, since we’re talking about spring, that everyone is aware of the spring closure. No live classes from April 7th through the 13th. Live classes will resume on the 14th. I’m sure they will be dropping classes. There will be no live classes. Again, this happens every year.

There will be people in the OPP.

“Why are there no classes on the schedule today?” Be the person to spread it around. That’s always good and helpful.

There is a new way to search for programs and collections.

The Program Collections Get Better

This is important because you never could search before. Programs collections, I’ve been complaining about them for a long time now because they’re so jumbled. If you go to them, you have to scroll. If you wanted to find a yoga collection or something you’ve seen, you might have to scroll for days to get to the class you want. It’s so nice that now, you can go in and when you search, you click the program button or you click the collections button, and it will show you the results under programs and collections. That’s brand new and very helpful. If you are looking for yoga now, it’s going to show you. If you’re looking for mobility, it doesn’t show you every single mobility class. It will show you the collection if you click on the collection. It’s very helpful. I know you’re looking at me like this cannot be that big of a deal. Trust me.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Dre Mayes is popping over to Strength+ for a guest spot.

It doesn’t seem like a big deal because it’s hard to believe it wasn’t always a search. It is a pretty easy thing to program in, one would think.

People have been saying for a long time, “Why don’t they have a filter, so you can filter by strength or whatever?” There’s no filter. It has long been annoying for people.

Bellevue, Washington Store Closes

We have another store closure for people. This time, it’s in Bellevue, which I believe is in Washington.

They closed it on the 21st of March. That’s closing. We talked about this to remind people because I know not everybody listens to every episode. We fully expect them to only have a few flagship stores. The last time I looked it was like 23 stores in the US left. I fully expect to go down to 3 to 5. I think that is what we’re going to see. That’s just my guess. Nobody has told me that number. That’s just the number in my head.

No Days Off Released On YouTube

Episode 3 of No Days Off has been released on YouTube.

I don’t know anything about this.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Logan Aldridge has a brand new class on the regular app.

It’s basketball and Peloton.

It’s weird because none of these show Peloton stuff or that they’re on the Peloton thing. I know it’s part of their partnership. They have it with the NBA. I get that.

It’s not like an NBA player on a Peloton talking about how they trained using Peloton to be an NBA player.

You would think there would be a more obvious crossover. They either haven’t had time or it’s they’re like, “We’d rather spend money in different ways,” or whatever. It’s interesting that they keep creating content for it and it’s also interesting that the last time these came out, episodes 1 and 2 were released within five minutes of each other, then it took a month for episode 3. I thought that was weird.

It does feel like an afterthought. I’m almost like, “Does this content live somewhere else and maybe it makes more sense that we’re not seeing it?”

An article claims that a better measure of your heart health is to take your average daily heart rate and divide it by the number of daily steps.

No, it doesn’t.

I don’t know if it was also on the NBA’s YouTube channel.

It could be but I still think they all put it up at the same time. I’m changing gears here a little bit because it’s not officially on our list today. Speaking of things that feel like an afterthought, it’s Women’s History Month in March. They’ve had all these great music classes. It’s the 26th of March today and they just posted a video about those artists’ series for Women’s History Month. Why did you even bother?

They put it on their YouTube channel. I was like, “Why?” It’s the 26th? Either they saw it or they didn’t. They moved on. Why do you even bother? You should post on that. It’s so weird. I don’t know what is happening over there, but that is a great example. I have no idea with the No Days Off if it’s something that looks like that or if there’s a whole different reason. I have no idea, but they seemed related to me.

Lululemon Events And Bike Discounts

If you are a Lululemon member, they have their event coming up. They also have discounts on bikes and Bike+.

It’s specifically for the Lululemon folks that use Pelotons, so it’s not greatly out there, but it’s a pretty big discount. I think it was $400 off a version-one bike, and then $650 off a Bike+. That’s a nice discount and that’s very nice of both of them to do.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Joslyn Thompson Rule is everywhere with her speaking stuff. One was the virtual event called Beyond the Mental Load.

Track Your Health Stats With A Smart Watch

We had an article that’s not Peloton-specific but adjacent. We like to talk about that stuff sometimes. It was about a better way for your smartwatch to track your health stats.

I would have to agree with this for a long time. I haven’t understood for years why people are still counting steps, to be honest.

It’s a super simple metric.

That people cheat on. I can’t even tell you how many thousands of people I see daily on the OPP that drives me nuts still to this day. People are like, “Put it on your ankle while you ride to get your steps in.” They’re not steps. Stop it. Go for a walk if that’s what you want to do. I guess the reason it bothers me so much is because you’re still getting an amazing workout for riding a bike. What does it matter if you didn’t hit 10,000 steps but you got to 8,000 and you rode a bike?

That number is a made-up marketing thing. It’s not that getting extra steps isn’t ultimately good for you, but it’s not a magic bullet like they tell you. To get that fixated on it is silly.

This article says that a different and more important measure of heart health is to take your average daily heart rate and divide that by the number of daily steps. That’s a better measure of your heart health. If you walked 10,000 steps and your resting heart rate is 64, then that’s whatever that math is.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Joslyn Thompson Rule, along with members of the Liverpool Football Club graced an event called Her Sport Never Stops on March 23rd at PSL.

What number are you shooting for?

I don’t know. You would have thought that I would have read the whole thing but jokes on you. It says here that the people with a higher heart rate per step indicating that there are heart rates that must work harder to sustain physical activity are twice as likely to have type 2 diabetes. 1.7 times as likely to have heart failure, 1.6 times as likely to have high blood pressure, and 1.4 times as likely to have clogged arteries. It’s more important that your heart rate is low over the day than it is to have a certain number of steps.

Now people are going to be trying to artificially deflate their heart rate while they’re working out.

Yeah, but again you’re smartwatch can tell you what you’re resting heart rate is, which is the same thing. If it’s going down, you’re doing great. If it’s going up, you’re not. If it’s the same or if it’s in a decent range, that’s okay. I say decent because everybody is different. Mine tends to be in the low 60s and high 50s. That’s on the lower end, but that’s also a fit person. When you get down to the 40s, that’s too low. I don’t want to see that. That’s not good. The high 50s and low 60s seem to be a nice sweet spot for a healthy individual who’s very active. It’s fascinating to watch a couple of HIIT runs or a couple of HIIT classes and how much your heart rate will drop after doing a couple of those or a lot of endurance. It will drop and it’s fascinating to watch.

I know you talked about how it can change. When we go on vacation and we eat, it’s not so great for a week.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Beyond the Mental Load that takes place on March 31st. It’s a partnership with Beyond Blue.

Mine shoots up to like 72 to 77. That’s from drinking, eating like shit, not walking, and all of that. Right before I start my period. It does that too. Not as high. Not as much of a spike, but it goes up. Instead of being low 60s, 62 is where I live. It goes up to 67 during those days. I find that fascinating. That’s a whole separate conversation. That’s why a lot of people are like, “These smartwatches need to have the ability to be able to also take your cycle into account to be able to say this is a normal change for you.” Just because you have a cycle and your resting heart rate goes up does not mean you’re suddenly unhealthy for a week.

Don’t panic. I know my heart rate goes up when you have your period.

Stop. It’s gross.

Dre Mayes And Logan Aldridge On Guest Spots

Coming up after this, we got Instructors In the News. We’re going to talk about Jess Sims doing some Strength+ stuff and Logan Aldridge and kettlebell. Stick around.

‐‐‐

Jess Sims is popping over to Strength+ for a guest spot.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Rebecca Kennedy is recording a new sensory walk.

I don’t know why you said this was a guest spot. I’m confused. It’s both of them together. He posted it and then collaborated with Peloton. It also says, “Catch me with Jess and the team, that’s the next paragraph. I believe he’s a football player. He is the gentleman that we talked about who had his own Strength+ program that came out that was two weeks long. He is also going to be doing a class that is a one-off with kettlebells and Jess Sims. It’s a 30-minute, kettlebell strength, and conditioning. His name is Drake Mayse. I just remember his a football player. I don’t remember all the details. That is what’s happening. Did you get it now?

I will never remember it, but I will say yes.

That’s good because then we can transition to the next.

I love it. Speaking of kettlebells, Logan Aldridge posted some stuff about his guest spot.

Definitely not a guest spot, but he does have a brand new class on the regular app. Part of the confusion you might have for this is that the Strength+ is a separate app. Drake Maye and Jess Sims’s classes are on the regular app. Drake Maye’s two-week program is on the Strength+ app. Logan’s kettlebell strength and conditioning, regular app.

That’s a lot to keep track of. I’m not going to lie, I don’t understand.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Ally Love sat down with Bobbi Brown to talk about growth and openness.

I cannot explain. What the hell Peloton is thinking? I don’t know.

We had a second app that they also tried to get people to do.

I think the infrastructure for the existing app would not work for what they wanted to do for the Strength app. Knowing the little bit I do about how the software works and how you have to put it together, I’m picturing this. Do you remember when I worked at Charter and we had to have the architect guy who knew all of the ins and outs? I see it as the Peloton architect who is saying, “What you want to do with the Strength app will not work over here. If you want to do that, you’re going to have to start from scratch.” That’s that is how I imagine that conversation going.

That makes more sense because you want to be an app-focused company, and then you’re like, “There’s all this other app.” That seems confusing.

The things that they do on this app are like you can switch all the classes. You can switch the moves out and you can have it use AI to make a thing. None of that exists over on the other app and I’m betting there’s no way to slot it in. It’s like when you already have a website, but you can’t be like, “Now I want it to all roll down from this.” You have to start over. That’s what I think is happening based on my limited knowledge.

Joslyn Thompson Rule Events

Joslyn Thompson Rule is everywhere with her speaking stuff.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: The latest artist series features Lady Gaga.

One of the events was the virtual event called Beyond the Mental Load. Are we sure these are two separate things? I’m not clear that they are.

I don’t know. This is going to shock you. I was pretty confused about all of this. There’s also Her Sport Never Stops.

Joslyn Thompson Rule was at an event called Her Sport Never Stops and it took place on March 23rd at PSL. That one happened. Now, Beyond the Mental Load takes place on the 31st. That will be with Zenatalia Ibrahim and Georgie Herman. It’s a partnership with Beyond Blue. It’s about understanding, managing, and reducing I assume the mental burden. That will be at 7:00 PM, American Eastern Time on March 31st. Everybody else is going to have to translate their time zone. I think we got it.

Rebecca Kennedy’s New Sensory Walk

Rebecca Kennedy is recording a new sensory walk.

This was interesting to the Helper Bees. We also started talking about what a sensory walk means. Nikki brought up that there was a class that was taught by Chase Tucker. I haven’t heard that name in a while.

The country music superstar?

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: A peak ahead at the schedule for April: We see upcoming classes featuring Pitbull and Miranda Lambert.

Also a Peloton instructor for a while. He taught a walk that got you to use your senses while you were walking. It was almost meditative, like smelling whatever and seeing the beautiful blooms on the trees, that thing. We think that’s where this is going. We felt that we wanted to give a little nod or a wink if you will to Chase Tucker.

He is perhaps the only instructor who I feel left on his own accord and was like, “I don’t like doing this. I’m going to go do something else now,” but not in a shitty way. He was like, “This is not my jam. I’m going to go do something else.” I’m like, “Good for you.”

I agree.

Ally Love Sits Down With Bobbi Brown

Ally Love sat down with Bobbi Brown.

It’s some makeup partnership. We will hear more about it, but if you want to watch the video, it’ll be in the links that you will send out.

The sing-along rides are not hard and are meant to give you a break from everything—even your regular workouts.

It’s only 10 minutes.

It’s to kick off their new partnership. It’s interesting because Ally makes some comments that are relevant to the current status. Let’s leave it at that. We could talk more about it in the bonus episode.

‐‐‐

Lady Gaga On The Artist Series

The latest artist series features Lady Gaga. This is not for Women’s History Month.

It is for Women’s History Month. It was included in the video that they posted. This is a fun one. We talked about this when we talked a couple of weeks ago about all the upcoming artist series for March. We mentioned that there was going to be a Two For One ride with Cody and Tunde. That takes place this week, or you’ll see it live. You’ll see it show up this week. People will I’m sure enjoy that. That will be an interesting couple if you will. Not a pair that you see together doing classes, but neither was Jenn Sherman and Kirsten Ferguson. That also turned out great. I’m sure this one will as well.

April Upcoming Classes

Taking the peak ahead at the schedule for April, we see upcoming classes featuring Pitbull and Miranda Lambert.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: The TCO Top 5.

Isn’t it interesting? I don’t know what those are celebrating. Maybe whatever new music they have coming. I don’t know if it’s attached to a month, but cool. I like both of those.

Coming up after this, we got your TCO Top 5. We have all sorts of other classes that you might want to checkout. Stick around.

‐‐‐

TCO Top 5

It is time for the TCO Top 5, where you give us classes, then we aggregate those classes, and then we say the class is back to you so you have an idea of good classes that you could be taking. Number one, your favorite walk.

This was a fun one. I alluded to this earlier. It was the Epic Sing-Along Two For One Walk with Jenn Sherman and Kirsten Ferguson. It’s the first time that Jenn Sherman has taught a class on the tread. That was fun. Also, another fun first. It’s the first time she’s ever worn a Brittany Allen outfit.

How about that?

That was neat and it was a lot of fun. I took this one. Callie was there and Ash was there. The entire studio was filled with women. It was a great vibe, in celebration of Women’s History Month. The playlist was a lot of fun. They did sing. Jenn Sherman got off her tread and went and danced with people. Kirsten got off her tread and went and danced with people. It was a lot of fun. I know I’m telling you how I feel, but we had lots of people who loved this one too. It goes into the next one.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: This week in Peloton: the Extra Steps collection has a ton of new classes.

Your favorite ride.

The Epic Sing-Along rides. This is what kicked off the morning. Jenn Sherman did her ride. Kirsten, Ash, Callie, and Hannah Frankson were there. It was an epic sing-along. Christina Ribeiro said, “These are two must-take classes and totally stackables. Jenn’s sing-along is my favorite series, but to have her twice on the bike and tread with Kirsten was phenomenal. These classes are not hard and are meant to take a break from everything, even your regular workouts.” I agree.

Number three is your favorite core strength.

This class was taught by Rad in September 2024. The reason that we loved this recommendation though is it came from Mindy Jensen. She said, “Rebecca is known for her standing core classes, but this one from Rad was so good. It’s simple, four rounds of three moves with a 50-second side-bin finisher, and your obliques will finish it. Feel it the next day.” The interesting thing is this one is not labeled as a standing core. Rebecca has a whole section of the standing core. That’s why we wanted to highlight it because if you’re looking for standing core classes, it’s always good to have another recommendation.

Number four, your favorite mobility class.

I suggested this one. It is a 30-minute Morning Mobility with Kirra Michel. She taught it back in November 2024. I’m laughing because of the way Nikki wrote this, “Do you wake up feeling stiff and achy some mornings?” That is exactly what happened. I was feeling stiff and sore, and I needed something that was going to get all the creeks out. This worked everything it got for my back and my neck. I felt so much better. I love the fact that it not only activated my entire body, but Kirra gives good direction. She has this nice soothing voice, so you don’t feel rushed during transitions. I very much appreciate that.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Strength+ has launched the Compounds and Core program.

Number five, your unstackable.

This was a no-brainer for an unstackable. Oliver Long suggested it. It’s the 120-minute pop run with Susie Chan that she taught on March 23, 2025. He says, “The class of the week has to be Susie’s 120-minute run from London. The 5 times 20-minute running intervals with short breaks in between, a punchy pop playlist, and Susie’s easy coaching style made this a perfect class to get some serious miles in your legs, and great for anyone with their eyes on a spring distance race. Not a class to stack. You might even describe it as unstackable…” There you go.

Now, we take a look at This Week in Peloton. We will start with the Extra Steps Collection.

The Extra Steps Collection has a ton of new classes.

We just told you that your steps don’t matter.

They don’t, but if you’re going to go for a walk, it’s nice to know how many steps you’re going to be taking and you have a very clear count. It’s not the “be-all, end-all” but it is nice to have that metric. Nothing wrong with that.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts has Advanced Beginner Yoga. Dr. Chelsea makes everything so accessible for everybody. It’s amazing.

There’s also a Spring Recovery ride.

Sam Yo is teaching this. He has great energy. It’s going to be a 20-minute Spring Recovery ride and it is already on demand.

How about some yoga conditioning?

Mariana has taught one or is teaching one on March 30th. It’s going to be a 30-minute full-body yoga conditioning. This is the class kind of class that I took when I was there in New York. Those little tiny weights get you.

I remember you being like, “That was a lot more than I anticipated.”

You wouldn’t think 2 pounds could do that to you, but they can.

Finally, we have new scenic classes.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: The German Schlager Ride is now called the Power Zone Endurance Schlager.

They are called audio guidance classes. There are a bunch of classes from Benny, Christine, Hannah Frankson, Mayla, and Olivia. They all are dropping on demand on March 26th at 10:00 AM, so lots of classes that you can get.

The Compounds And Core program By Strength+

Strength+ has launched the Compounds and Core program.

It’s on Strength+ and it is going to work on stability, balance, power, and overall strength. They are compound moves, tons of them, and focused on your core. This would be something like if you were over on Tonal, you would see it as an advanced because they’re compound moves. You’re not just focused on one muscle group at a time. Something like a squat to press would be an example of a compound move, as opposed to a bicep curl, which focuses on your biceps. For people who are wondering if this is for you, it is. It’s great to do.

Advanced Beginner Yoga With Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts

If you’re also wondering if this is for you, this next one will confuse you immensely. Chelsea Jackson Roberts has Advanced Beginner Yoga.

All it means is maybe you’re not a beginner anymore because you’ve mastered those, but you’re not quite ready to move on to intermediate. These are a nice way to bridge that gap. Maybe you don’t have the confidence to take it to the next level. I usually see these as great because they move a little bit slower, which I prefer. I appreciate the instructors who can move so quickly, but I’m not. I always end up feeling behind. I like this pace very much. Chelsea makes everything so accessible for everybody. It’s amazing.

Power Zone Endurance Schlager

We have German Schlager rides.

The Clip Out | Peloton Schedule Changes

Peloton Schedule Changes: Erik Jäger is known for his schlager rides, and they’re taking whatever that music is, and shifting it to the powers zone classes, which is new and fun.

We’ve already had the Schlager rides. The note here was about Power Zone. It is now a Power Zone Schlager, which I’m pretty sure in German, schlager means party. Erik is known for his Schlager rides. They’re taking whatever that music is, and shifting it to the Powers Zone classes. That is new and that is fun.

Fun music and a Power Zone ride seem like a slap in the face to Matt Wilpers. I only know Schlager in terms of Goldschlager.

That’s very different.

We don’t have any birthdays this week, so we’re done. That’s everything. Until next week, where can people find you? In case anyone is still here, we’ll go ahead and still wrap up.
