Hannah Frankson’s Signature 1:3:5 Ride Collection Is Here
Every class in Hannah Frankson’s signature series now lives in one place, with a new 30 minute ride added every other Tuesday

Peloton has gathered every class in Hannah Frankson’s newest signature series into a dedicated 1:3:5 Ride collection, giving members one place to find the format she built for days when you just cannot pick a ride. The collection holds four 30 minute cycling classes, and the newest one arrived on demand today, Tuesday, November 3.
For members who have followed the Hannah Frankson 1:3:5 Ride since its September debut, the collection means no more scrolling the cycling library to track down each new class.
What Is in the 1:3:5 Ride Collection
The 1:3:5 Ride collection sits under Cycling and currently includes four classes, each titled 30 min 1:3:5 Ride:
• Tuesday, September 22 (the live debut)
• Tuesday, October 6
• Tuesday, October 20
• Tuesday, November 3
So far, a new class has landed every other Tuesday. Peloton’s collection description calls the format Hannah’s “signature performance structure” and lays out the plan: one sustained endurance effort, three progressive interval blocks, and five high-intensity pushes, all inside 30 minutes.
How the Hannah Frankson 1:3:5 Ride Format Works
When The Clip Out first reported the series, Peloton framed it as an ongoing signature series rather than a one-off theme ride, the same kind of fixed structure Hannah gave her HIIT and Hills classes earlier this year. The debut streamed live on September 22 at 1:30 PM ET, following an announcement on the Peloton Studios Instagram account.
The review of the debut Hannah Frankson 1:3:5 Ride broke down exactly how the numbers play out:
• The 1: a six minute sustained effort set to singalong songs. Hannah said singalongs will always fuel this block, and the debut leaned on Beyoncé and Jolene.
• The 3: three two minute intervals with recovery, cued at cadence above 80 and resistance above 40, set to high energy dance remixes.
• The 5: five 45 second pushes with recovery, carried by Hannah’s signature drum and bass.
Hannah also told riders the block lengths will change from class to class, including sustained efforts longer than six minutes, so expect each new ride in the 1:3:5 Ride collection to shift the balance a little.
Why Hannah Built the 1:3:5 Ride
Hannah designed the series for members who do not know what to choose or who feel sluggish at the start of a ride and want a longer, easier stretch to settle in. The format mirrors how she rides at home: she starts with a long easy effort, gets restless and moves into medium intervals, then finishes fired up and ready for HIIT.
“I’ve been doing this at home with Just Ride vibing with my cats,” she said with a laugh during the debut. That habit shapes every class in the 1:3:5 Ride collection: settle in, build, then empty the tank.

Who Should Take a Hannah Frankson 1:3:5 Ride
Hannah cues cadence and resistance rather than zones, so every rider can decide what sustained, moderate, and all-out feel like on that day. Power Zone riders can map the blocks to their own zones. In her review, Elizabeth held the first block in high Zone 2 to low Zone 3 and took the intervals in Zone 4.
One tip: the warmup is short. If you like a longer ramp before a six minute sustained effort, stack a warmup ride in front of any class from the 1:3:5 Ride collection. Riders new to the format can start with the September 22 debut and work forward through the 1:3:5 Ride collection in order.
A Busy Week for Hannah
The November 3 class leads off this week’s This Week at Peloton highlights, where The Clip Out called Hannah’s new signature format lots of fun and easily adaptable.
The newest addition to the 1:3:5 Ride collection also lands just two days after Hannah crossed the finish line at the TCS New York City Marathon in 3:51:31, one of eight Peloton instructors who finished the race.
Find the 1:3:5 Ride Collection
Look for the 1:3:5 Ride collection in the Peloton app under Cycling collections. If the every other Tuesday pattern holds, the next class would arrive Tuesday, November 17.
