This Week at Peloton: Workday Hacks, Yoga + Meditation Stack, and Power Zone Goes Country

From classes to improve your workday to a fresh sound for Power Zone, there’s a lot to choose from this week at Peloton.

New Collection: Workday Reset

Need to refocus your brain or take a break from the never-ending email notifications? Tap into your body and refresh your mind with the new Workday Reset collection. This 20-class collection contains short workouts that don’t require any equipment like bodyweight strength, low impact cardio and chair yoga as well as meditations and stretches. No matter how busy your day is, a quick movement break will help you refocus and get through the day.

Hack Your Commute

For many people, commuting to the office is a time-consuming activity. Why not turn your commute in a positive daily ritual? This collection contains fitness and mindfulness classes that blend seamlessly into your journey, making the time spent getting to and from work more fun, fulfilling and balanced.

Monthly Mantra Yoga + Meditation

Kristin McGee is bringing together yoga and meditation in the new Monthly Mantra stack. Join Kristin on the mat Tuesday, Feb. 13 at 7:30 a.m. ET for a 30-minute Beginner Yoga Flow, then stay for a 10-minute Kindness Meditation at 8:15 a.m. ET. And if you can’t make the classes live, catch them on-demand.

Power Zone Country

If Power Zone training and country music are your jam, you’ll love this 30-minute class with Denis Morton. Join Denis for a live Power Zone ride featuring your favorite country hits on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 3:30 p.m. ET (cowboy hat and ginormous belt buckle optional but highly encouraged).
