This Week at Peloton: Tabata, Disney Yoga, Bike Bootcamp, and a New Collection

Happy Monday, Peloton fam! From high-energy tabata and bootcamp classes to relaxing yoga options, there’s something for everyone going on this week at Peloton. Let’s take a look at what’s new!

It’s Just Tabata

Truth in advertising: this class is really just tabata. This new class series from Logan Aldridge features high-intensity cardio and strength intervals on the mat. The first two classes are on demand now and a new one happens live Tues., March 19 at 6 p.m. ET. All three classes are 20 minutes long.

Disney Yoga Flow

Let it go at the end of the week with a live 30-minute Disney Yoga Flow taught by Chelsea Jackson Roberts on Fri., March 22 at 2 p.m. ET. And remember, there’s an entire Disney Collection you can check out on demand anytime!

Bike Bootcamp

Good news, bootcamp lovers! Jess Sims is on the schedule with a live 60-minute Advanced Bike Bootcamp: Full Body on Tues., March 19 at noon ET. And since she’s been spending a lot of time courtside, this basketball fan is hoping she spills all the tea on the NCAA tournament in between reps. Let’s go, Tar Heels!

New Collection

Peloton just got more user-friendly for our German-speaking friends. Peloton has added a Deutsche Collection which gathers all their German programs, collections, and special classes in one place on the Bike and Tread. Find it now under Collections.
