Classes will be held live Monday-Friday at 9:30 ET, or catch them on demand.

Snackable strength classes are another great way to efficiently level up your routine, and Peloton has made that easier than ever by upgrading the Extra Series with the Strength Extra 10. These quick, focused strength classes without warm-ups can be added on to any workout, and they’re available now in the Extra 10 collection.
