Turns out the Turkey Burn world record attempt may have been a little much for the Peloton servers- while Alex Toussaint’s Turkey Burn run reportedly went off without a hitch, Robin’s 10 am (EST) Turkey Burn ride proved more challenging. Community members planning to start their holiday with a 45 minute sweat session found themselves unable to log in for the ride- and some already logged in were bounced out! Non-loading bikes and non-working apps aggravated riders eager to help break the Guinness world record and to see Robin in one of her brightest outfits ever. Riders restarted bikes and refreshed multiple times; reports say sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. At press time, there were more than 28,000 riders reported in the class.

Lizzo was unavailable for comment but sources say this time, it wasn’t her fault.
